Walk along the lake Chiemsee in Bavaria. It´s such a peaceful place. I love the view towards the alps and the little waves.

The gorge is deep and the walls are steep. It's as deep as Niagara, but much narrower (about 200 m wide).

The Grand River flows through the bottom of the gorge.

This is Canyon Creek from the northbound side of I-5, just a few miles south of Canyonville, Oregon. The picture I took a couple of days ago was from the opposite side of the freeway. Both sides were a little tricky to get to because the sides of the banks are steep and no path.

We stopped for lunch along this beautiful creek just to the east and several thousand feet lower than Yosemite National Park.
