I love Honey Garlic Ribs and these, done in the air fryer,m turned out great! I also love asparagus and these were also done in the air fryer.

The ribs took 15 minutes, turning them once at 10 minutes and the asparagus took only 6 minutes, turning them at 4 minutes. Both were perfectly done!

Lebanese spiced Lamb Riblets with pomegranate molasses.

The flap joiner is now part of the wing. . 'Roket HOT' CA used; there were some gaps between the riblet verticals and the rear spar which I filled in with 'Roket Gel CA'

We ate a riblet that was THIS big!!
