Junto a ellos se exponen las obras presentadas al concurso fotográfico de “Altares privados” con más de 30 artistas de varias nacionalidades.

La palabra que mejor define el estilo SteamPunk, sub-genero de la ciencia ficción, es retrofuturista. "Retrô" pues las personas que siguen ese movimiento buscan retomar la estética visuales del Imperio Británico, durante el reinado de la Reina Victória, y "futurista", porque intentan adaptar tecnologias modernas para el estilo de aquella época. Buena parte de las modificaciones hechas por steampunkers tienen elementos de la Revolución Industrial como engranajes, apartados que recuerdan máquinas a vapor, elementos de hierro en tonos dorados, entre otros. En la actualidad forma parte de todo un cumulo de experiencias desde el diseño, la ingeniería, la música y la moda caracterizadas esencialmente por una nostalgia atemporal. Lady Porkshanks found herself standing at the bottom of the very deep pit within the water tower of the Silver Talon's cavernous lair. She felt dizzy and a bit discombobulated but stronger and sharper than ever, for she was now infused with the truth and light of The Greatest Wonder of Ages!
She wanted to share what she could see with the rest of The Veritas League, but she also knew that they would misunderstand. They were, after all, mortal men with limited perceptions and could not possibly fathom all that The Greatest Wonder of Ages had planned without meeting with it personally to commune. It would take some amount of diligent effort to bring her friends around!
She locked the brass portal securely and headed back up the long ladder. She opened the water valves up and started the process that would refill the water tower and she began her trek back to the Hoever-Carriage.
She emerged from the cave's mouth into the Moroccan moonlight and sighed. The sky was cloudless this eve, nearly filled with stars to excess. So beautiful! She easily located the ancient Shr'nichth H'a constellation and repeated a silent prayer to M'aarlytch that her friends would find themselves safe under the very same sky.
As soon as she got back she checked the wax cylinder recorder and noticed that it had spun down! She must have been down longer then planned and missed the scheduled meeting on the Sub-Aether Transponder! "Drat!" she exclaimed as she set a new blank wax tube in it and wound up the transponder device to contact the field operations.
No answer! Obviously they couldn't afford to man the transponder on their end all night; she was just hoping against reason there was a chance it had been on at that moment. She then activated the wax recorder and recorded a new message in case they tried to contact her and she was indisposed again.
"Good morning, fellows! I hope all is well on your end in your adventures thus far. I bring fortuitous news that the fates are with us! I do not have time to explain how, but I have discovered that the venomous Reynard has a powerful being within his thrall through dark methods. I have knowledge that he is utilising his control over the poor innocent to seize control of an army of trapped spirits and animated corpses! If you encounter anything like this, do not fear. If you have troubles finding the correct key, just whistle Bach's Toccata and Fugue into the transponder at the correct frequency and it should at least confound the restless dead enough to let you pass." With that task taken care of, she gave the order to the pilot to plot course for Volubilis. She then quickly headed down to her room near the engines to tidy up and reorganize a bit. It had been too long since she redecorated, and she was feeling so very inspired by the day's rapturous events!
