Not a bad place to self-isolate! We have been at the cottage now for 11 months with occasional quick visits to Halifax for essential services not available locally.

I planned to spend some time with this great find and fine-tune my composition, moving further to the left and lower to the water.
Unfortunately, I was sinking in the salt /mud. After this shot, I was up to my ankles and had difficulty pulling my boot out. I leaned on my tripod for support, and it quickly sank one leg section deep.
I freed myself, gave up on additional compositions, and retreated to more stable ground.
GPS is not the exact spot of the shot.

Coastal retreat. Tis so often true that the best days begin and end on the beach and with the company of family and loved ones those days can last a lifetime sewn deep into your heart........During these tough times with restrictions in place we each still have the power to dream and hopefully in time to be able to pursue our dreams. All it takes is a believe that they can come true and the strength and conviction to make them..A dream can make life worth living and our dreams are what can get us through even the worst of days.....
The Yueh Hai Ching Temple in Singapore, built in 1826 and renovated in 1855, is a great example of southern Chinese temple architecture, specifically in the Teochew architectural style from the Qing Dynasty. It is a Taoist temple.
The current structure of this shrine dates back to 1850 and then was substantially renovated in 1895. Since then, it has undergone several restorations.
The temple was designated as a National Monument of Singapore in 1996. Its restoration and conservation in 2011 earned the Award of Merit at the 2014 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Awards.
The courtyard of Yueh Hai Ching Temple, enclosed by surrounding walls and buildings, possesses a sense of introspection.
Its seclusion from the outside world creates a tranquil, self-contained space, as a serene retreat within the temple grounds.

✨ Final Curtain Call at Tranquil Toes Retreat ✨
Darlings, foot lovers and other kinksters,
it is with a delicate sigh and an air of mystery that I announce the closing of Tranquil Toes Retreat as of December 1st. Yes, the whispers of time have caught up with us, and for now, our haven of soothing bliss will slip into the shadows.
But don’t mistake this for a goodbye. It’s only a suspenseful pause... perhaps a brief interlude, or a grand return in another chapter. Who can say? The future is a tantalizing enigma, as fleeting as the ripples in a warm foot bath.
For those who’ve graced our sanctuary, I invite you to indulge one last time before we close the doors, perhaps with a knowing smile — you never know what may come next.
Thank you for your loyalty, your serenity, and the moments of luxurious indulgence we've shared.

I suppose if you've lived here all your life, you must take some of it for granted, but for the life of me I can't understand why anyone would want to hide from such stunning scenery.
I seems I was a little optimistic with the internet connection here - still very intermittent so forigive me if I can't keep up with your photos as quickly as I normally try to and enjoy, until we can figure it out.
15 second long exposure to catch the movement of the retreating tide.
Gone for an abstract feel with not much in the picture, with the zigzag of lines of the beach, tide and clouds. Sandymouth beach, Cornwall.
The Retreat is a wonderful place to enjoy company of your friends, or the ideal getaway for you and the one you love. EVERYTHING is interactive from the painting on the wall, to the globe bar, rug and covered master/mistress armchairs in front of the fireplace. All menu driven, all filled with the finest animations from our creative friend RohanaRaven Zerbino ( [RNP] Animations ).
This structure is SL materials enabled, however you don't need to have powerful hardware in order to enjoy its beauty and features. It looks great in every scenario.

I laughed when I learned that today's We're Here! theme was levitation! I have just finished a wonderful weekend retreat with Jeff Warren, my favourite meditation guide. I do feel as if I'm a foot or two off the ground now.
CHANGI BEACH CLUB– Changi is a great choice for travellers interested to be stay close to nature at the east side of Singapore.
It is quite a pain to get there. I have included some boats to give the image some aesthetics. Looking at things in a different perspective.
