The weekend crowd on Mill Avenue in Tempe, Arizona would love to go to a restaurant, bookstore, clothing store, theater, coffee shop.. .or whatever in this empty store. It was a Borders. It was sad and a little disconcerting to see a bookstore sitting right next to a university campus close down.
