It may look seedy, but it's an expensive corner on the Bowery and E. Houston Street that probably already has a high-priced real estate deal in the works. This wall looks like it's been stripped of the remnants of whatever was here before and then embellished with street art. Do occasionally get some strange looks, but I simply couldn't care less!! 😂
