Moana Limited Edition Doll 2016 by Disney Store full reroot and restyle by me (Vanessa Ariel Wonderland)
The quality of Moana's Hair are really bad so I decided to reroot her in Nylon Hair which Devils Food color (not black color). It was really funny and she need to have a lot of volume like the movie. Of course, I decided to give her a really long hair because I love that :)
I will send her this week to my friend Verirrtes Irrlicht in order to repaint her.

Brief comparison between Aurora HDR and TopazLabs (Clarity+Restyle), both preceded with DxO Optics (plain RAW conversion to prep for edits).
This is an animated GIF file, showing in succession 3 versions of the image (plain DxO->Aurora->Topaz). Sadly, the primitive technology of FLickr cannot show animations and the file is displayed as a static image :-( You need to go to 'View all sizes' (via the Download arrow on the right), and select View Original Size. Only there you can see the animated slide show and understand the (not too) subtle difference between post-processing tools.

i found this 70s denim dress at the goodwill on haight several weeks ago....it had some weird, cheap ribbon trim on the cap sleeve and pockets, and buttoned up the back. it *almost* fit but not quite.
so, i went to town and restyled the whole thing this past week, changing the trim along the neck, sleeves, pockets and hem with some herringbone chambray fabric i've had in my stash for years. i took the back buttons off, opened up the back to accommodate my gigantor boobs, covered the old buttonholes with some of the chambray, and installed a zipper. since the front was rather plain, i put in a bib, edged with bias.
this was quite fun to make! i LOVE taking something from trash to treasure this way...it's supremely satisfying.

West Coast Customs Cruisin' Nationals.
This 1927 Dodge Roadster owned and restyled by Dragoons Car Club member Matt Taylor. Built on a budget. It features a kicked up and Z'd frame, a small block Chevy engine, and a heavily massaged and channeled Dodge Brothers body. A custom white tuck and roll interior was made by Bob Divine at Divine's Custom Interiors. The Yellow and Murano Pearl paint job was applied by Art Hims. Completed in 2017, the car rolled on steelies that were dressed up with 1956 Mercury hubcaps that fit with Richard Zocchi bullets.
