#152/365 Went out to lunch with the wife, so I got another opportunity to add to my resturant set. We sat out in the courtyard which was extremely beautiful. I had another shot I was going to use, before our meal came, when all the umbrellas were out, but as we were leaving and they put them away which exposed all the architecture. Nearly a decade ago on my way back from Texas to Illinois, I decided to stop for a bite to eat. I couldn't find a menu and no one waited on me. Finally I just left. Out of 5 stars, I rated it 1/2 star, and that was only for cleanliness, which was generous considering it was marginal at best.
This is the new Lakeside Café Restaurant attached to the Theatre by the Lake, Keswick in the Lake District National Park, England
The Lakeside Café Restaurant is perched between the theatre and Derwent Water. Lofty, light and airy, its large windows give spectacular views across the lake to Cat Bells and beyond..
This new modern design replaces an old stone built cafe much loved by many. The original cafe which has been serving teas and coffees beside Derwent Water in Cumbria for 85 years closed in 2013. The same family has run the Lakeside Tea Gardens in Keswick for 25 of those years but their lease had not been renewed

We meant to go to Clyst St Mary near Exeter to collect a parcel, but somehow we ended up in this lovely pub where we had lunch in Broadclyst.
We don't use a sat nav and never will, as we find stunning locations by mistake.
