Out in Texas there are ten Cadillacs all halfway buried in the ground.
A moored boat resting on the silt at low tide. I noticed the marks that boat's keel must make as the tide falls. Odd though how the marks start closest to river. It may need a time lapse to reveal the sequence of movements.
Santa Fe 3751, the beautiful 4-8-4 steam locomotive of the San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society, quietly rests at San Bernardino station after pulling an excursion from Los Angeles Union Station earlier in the day. Meanwhile a double-stack freight thunders by on the neighboring main line from Cajon. The excursion was part of the San Bernardino Railroad Days event. Towering lights on the right hand side are for the BNSF yard and on the left is ultra-low emissions NRE 3GS21C #1306 also on display for the event.
