This tiny bear (just 1.3" tall) was hand made by a lovely lady in Kyiv, Ukraine, who named her Alice. Alice left Ukraine only 2 days before the invasion and arrived here last week. She will always be very special to me.

I was relieved to see an image of 1:12 scale biscuits included in the examples Gallery. Since I can't photograph the real thing, here are some incredibly tiny miniatures instead. :)
It seems Sheryl, the trainee cook, has been to the shops again. The results of her own baking attempts are still largely inedible, but she hasn't given up hope. :)

Is she finally learning to cook? I doubt it. Sheryl (for those who remember her) has made lots of new friends, but the Christmas card she cherishes most is the one from her cat. The fact that her cat's handwriting very closely resembles her own is immaterial and she's sure no-one will notice. :)
As always, for those interested in scale, the mixing bowl is just a little over ½" high. The 'flour' is a sprinkling of xanthan gum, which I found in my cupboard 2 years past its expiry date. Sheryl and I have a lot in common. :)
As this will probably be the last image I post until next week, I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Thank you for your friendship, and for putting up with my musings, this year. :)

My new doll. Her name is Beyla (I know...it's a Bygg but I prefer Beyla as girl's name).
She is from Soom. I love her Mold and her face-up but the resin (even if it's a beautiful colour), it's a bit darker than I tought.
She's a unicorn =)

This is my new girl from Custom House, one of my favorite BJD producers. Juliette is a Limited Classic Ai Promenade de Midi Sariel. She's a sweet girl! I've changed her eye color and wig and I think she looks perfect! I'm in love with this girl!! :)
