As part of one of my programs, I needed some repeatable patterns. I created a few and these are the best (so far). (I didn't use a pattern generator but Paint.Net and a grid I created.)

Traditional Photography

They say lightning doesn't strike twice yet here the photo is. After failing to impress myself at palm lane with palm trees I thought, why not follow in the footsteps of one great when i already have a repetition photo based on another. I mean what isn't to repeat, the building, check, the idea, check, the photo, check. This is the classic repetition photo based on the repetition photo. I think it answers this weeks question by having an almost exact rectangle per area with minimal deviation.

Physical Box repeat concept. I had some heart stickers left over from Mother's Day so I used them for the exercise. It made me appreciate computer technology as it is very hard to match up the repeats by hand!

went on a photo excursion with the intent of taking square photos throughout the endeavour. sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. just a little exercise.

here's an example of the non-square.. just worked better in this style.

I liked this picture a lot, even though it didn't show the whole cardigan.

All wallpaper images will be 1920 x 1200 @ 72 dpi.

I have tried to eliminate any duplicates but I am running ragged. Plan to upload in excess of 20000 of these rascals.

Download as many as you want. It is not required but. It would be nice to offer a fav or comment.

If you find any duplicate wallpapers between hour two sections on Flickr, any of our wallpaper images will revert to Creative Commons with attribution. In the very near future, I will delete any of our wallpapers from our original section on Flickr.

The death of a fly.

I'm practicing the repeat flash setting on my SB-900. It's very hard to time when you're taking a self-portrait. Here I've got it set to flash six times at 10 flashes per second. Still need to work on figuring proper exposure.

I made two more after the first, but gave one away before I could snap a picture.
