I really enjoy the almost 'crass' way of forming junctions / joints, they just happen...........in Rem Koolhaas's buildings.

The spaces formed by are rarely 'boring', often they are memorable and highly enjoyable like this.

On this wall the main structural bracing of the building is visible behind the steel ibeams of the structural exterior walls.

This open grid barrier runs along the edge of the atrium. It's made of standard galvanized storm gratings, very carefully adapted.
