Again, two worlds: on the right, the reflection of a lady in the window of a train passing through a station at great speed. On the left, what you perceive from the station from the perspective of the train. What is moving? The train or the train station?

My image references a figure from folklore, the Green Man - a forest-spirit symbolizing fertility and often represented by a foliate head and sometimes represented by a horned god. I found this satyr-like foliate mask on a Victorian-style sterling silver hairbrush made in Birmingham by Broadway & Co. probably in the 1950s, although this same pattern seems to have been produced over many years. I have tinted the image green to fit with my subject - the area shown measures 2.5" across.
