making vanilla bean ice cream
this is reduced about half and is before I added the whipped eggs.......my first attempt at homemade custard/ice cream
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 whole vanilla bean, split with seeds scraped
2 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
i think i curdled it.....when I added the egg mixture....but it is chilling in the fridge....i will still attempt to get it to make ice cream
