An hour later representatives of Cotswold Tyndale Rotary, Tangent, Round Table, Ladies Circle, 41 Club and Wotton Silver Band also laid wreaths at the memorial in Old Town. Residents paid tribute from their doorways along with a small number of socially-distanced visitors.
