My attempt at the "Flickr Friday" theme "Redo".
Shot with a Nikon "LS-3510AF 50 mm F 3.5" (scanner) lens on a Canon EOS R5.
Happy Fence Friday my Flickr Friends 😊😊😍
Thank you for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Not every house is falling down in this area. Here is an old house that has had the exterior redone. I kind of like the deep plum colored shutters.
I have no idea why this house is empty, unless the inside is being renovated. Possibly it is going to be put up for sale.
Old pic that I took another crack at editing. #redo #secondchance #mono #monochrome #blackandwhite #horse #horseplay #barn #barnlife
My "Redo" of Ballynamona Beach Without the bubble wrap over the lens from "Bubbles" photo last week. Ballycotton Island in the background. One of my daily bike rides.

So . . . . .
instead of trying to come up with something new I decided to have a look at some that I wasn't happy with on days that I was feeling Lay-Zee.
365 theme BLUE!
I think this one is WAY better than the first :)
This tiny 7" x 7" or 178mm x178mm motherboard has done well but time to redo the insides and see what the second life will have.
I accepted Tinkwardell's challenge to redo an old pic. I've been meaning to redo some of my old favs for a while, so here is the first.
The original pic is here
I'll challenge my friends tagged in this picture. Choose a shot from your ancient Flickr times and Redo it!
Thank you, everyone, for your support.
Just a redo of a similar photo of mine. I remember I wasn't satisfied with my avatar back then even though I loved the photo's concept. So here it is again, with an avi I actually love and feel proud of :3
Decided to try redoing and reworking a photo of mine. Still working on the others I took but I am in love with how this turned out. :)

Theme redone: "In a Row", 17 July 2023
This is pretty much a complete make-over of my July version of "In a Row". But not quite because back in July, my second version had included the mirror tile you see here and the red glitter foam sheet as backdrop but I didn't quite like the result. Maybe it had been too Christmassy for July, so my other version "won" by a margin, but I kept the second version in Lightroom as a reminder because indeed I thought of redoing the date cubes (which are a part of "Calendar Dog" that has been my subject for "Animal" in August '23) with the red backdrop for a future MM theme. Along came "Redo", so I did :) I can't say if this version is better than the first one, I like both. But this one is certainly more festive and even quite "party-ish" so it's a nice choice for Christmas and the approaching new year, I think.
The image is a single shot. I've placed the date cubes between two of the hexagonal mini tiles the mirror tile is made of because I liked how the "line" added some extra structure to the image. The "unruly" yellow bokeh ball above the "2" and the "5" must be a reflection of one of the LED lights I've used to illuminate the scene. I left it in the photo because it looks like a little sun or a star. Processed in DXO PL 7, Color Efex (filters used: Brilliance and Warmth", "Skylight Filter", and "Tonal Contrast"), and Analog Efex.
Happy Holidays, and Happy Macro Monday, Everyone!

The church of Collioure is undergoing renovations, and we are all looking forward to seeing it again without its ugly "cage", and more beautiful than ever.
#Macro #MacroMondays #Redo
For the Flickr Friday theme of "Redo" I thought of vintage and consignment shops in our downtown Loveland, Colorado. Then I decided to mirror my photograph to create another "redo"! I thought the textured watercolor effect added to the storytelling vintage mood.
Ctrl (Control) + Y in most apps created for Microsoft Windows results in redoing something you previously undid. For Flickr Friday: #redo
Every year, every season, I "redo" a photo of the Wellington Harbour Lighthouse. I like how it looks at different times of the year! Here you see it encased in ice and piles of ice & stone on the beach.

In the stillness of a quiet mind,
I ponder all the paths that brought me here,
Each step, a footprint in the sands of time,
Each choice, a thread woven into the whole.
What if I could unravel just one line,
Undo the tangled mess of yesterdays,
Then with a careful hand, begin anew,
To trace a different pattern in the weave?
Yet time’s relentless flow permits no pause,
No eraser to cleanse the marks we've made,
Only the hope that in our forward march,
We might redo the wrongs with better grace.
The past remains, a shadow in our wake,
But in its echo lies the chance to learn,
To lift the pen with wiser, steadier hand,
And sketch the future on a blanker page.
So, I press on, embracing each new dawn,
Undoing what I can, with tender care,
Redoing not for perfection’s sake alone,
But for the growth that comes with every scar.
In the layers of time, I find my place,
Not bound by what has been, but what will be.
