So im going to try something new. Im going to record my building process for this moc. Ill still show progress shots, but on my channel im going to have a sped up video montage of how this build comes together. Its going to be exciting

Also the techinc challenge is coming to a close soon, who else is in?

As different as it may be, all life shares one thing with all that is natural: Death. As life follows death and death follows life again, it is a perfect circle. An unspoken balance of nature that must not be disturbed under any circumstance. Its the Taker's job to uphold this balance throughout the universe. All that dies ends up at his place in the furthest reaches of the cosmos and there, after a conversation, The Taker decides if, where and how someone who died will re-incarnate.

A solemn, serious being whose goals remain shrouded in mystery,he is of the same species as The Maker,

and has been working around with the fat deity for atleast a billion years.

This moc has been on my mind for a long, long time and now it is finally done. Because of a certain contest, it naturally also was made to fit into the #Rebrick contest.

Feedback on this moc would be appreciated enourmously!

PS, if you thought the staff was familiar..

This was a hard work, I can say. Over a month I was lacking of ideas and only couple of days ago found strength to finish it. Overall, results satisfying me greatly, so i hope you like this moc too!

For the “Iconically Jurassic World” Rebrick contest

I decided to use the www.rebrick.com challenge as a chance to step out of my usual concept car building scale. This is my interpretation of a city scale hypercar. You can place this model next to any Speed Champions car and it will fit it very well. It was fun also to use a not so common color as green. Thanks to the PAB wall possibilities I got tons of the 1x2 and 1x4 green slopes to make this model in greenish flavour.

Hundreds of years have passed since the victory of the Toa over Makuta. Ekimu has retired, and Protectors tell the legends to the younger ones.

However, the story of Makuta has inspired an apprentice Mask Maker, Fateki. He understood that Makuta's mistake was to merge the six elemental powers in a single mask, so he found a way to channel the powers of the six Masks of Unity he forged without losing control. He used his knowledge and the powers of the six elements to forge a Mask of Lightning, a Lightning spear and a Lightning sword, and became the new Makuta. He succeeded where the original Makuta failed, and even managed to become more powerful than him. With his lightning powers, he can travel at the speed of light across Okoto, and now rules as a fierce leader on the mythical island.

My entry for the LEGO House Rebrick contest. Upon seeing the categories, I knew I wanted to create a landscape – the question was, what kind? After much deliberation, (and even a couple of failed starts), I decided on doing a serene winter forest. I tried to create a deep, fluffy feeling for the snow, which I think ended up working very well. The icy trees are something I’ve wanted to try for a while now too – let me know what you think of them!

My entry to the AT contest on Rebrick. Neptr is cool.

"Summoned from the shadow realm by the powers of the 6 elemental masks, Makuta ,overlord of the shadow realm, has drawn the power of his domain to become a monstrous demon.

His mask has fused with his face, giving him a terrifying aspect.

His sceptre is filled up with the power of his mask of control, he's ready to control Okoto, to dominate all life, and to become a living god."

It's Makooti Looti Point'n'Shooti the Bionic Man

This moc started out as a revamp of Umarak (using the Leshen folktale as inspiration) but I'm entering it into the Makuta Contest because time constraints.

I've tried to capture the natural forms that make the Leshen so creepy, using spikes, bones and system pieces for structure which helped a lot.

If you can give me a 'Like' on the ReBrick Page, I'd really appreciate it!

Note: In absolutely no way do I condone All Star Batman & Robin, but I do however feel the paint scene is rather funny...

I picked up some custom molded/colored Bat-cowls/capes at Fort Wayne (red, blue, yellow...before you ask), and so this was an easy build choice. That being said, this is basically a rejected build at this point--the editing, a complete failure (and I spent more time on than the stupid build!); but what the hell at this point. I needed something new on my photostream!

Incidentally, I will at some point have images of my Giganta build up. Along with other builds that I just work on and never post. I'm also now working on comic cover build for a Rebrick contest that I'm really excited about; that should be done in the next few weeks.

This infamous origin story at the ACE Chemical Plant was built as my second entry to Rebrick's Best of Batman contest. My first entry was my curvy Catmobile.

----

So this was somewhat of a fun build. It was far more interesting for me to build at the start then at the finish and largely that's why there's no giant letters on the back of this thing. I hate building letters--so I just skipped that part. Hey, I get one freebie!

That said, I tend to consider this a rather "recycled" build for the most part too, as it uses a lot of interesting techniques and designs that I've been, secretly basically, building for the past few months.

The toxic pools here are actually a simplified version of my large "Well of Souls", Adventure Time Lich-pit I created for the March issue of Blocks Magazine (and a build that will in a few months time be on my photostream, FYI). More interesting to note however is that the bulk of the dark grey greebling seen here was actually hull builds I had constructed a few months back when I was toying with the idea of an Alien Isolation-like layout. When I built those sections, I used parts exclusively from a few random half-smashed sets that were in my dresser (because where else do you put them?), these included sets such as Indominus Rex Breakout, Super Secret Police Dropship, Spaceship Spaceship Spaceship, and like random chunks of 2014's Arkham, among others. Using only those pieces during spontaneous build sessions was a good way to achieve an effortless and "correct" appearance for the greebling.

On the flip side, literally, I did use one particularly new technique utilizing foam mirror pieces from the Lego Modular line to create reflective water--water in which the Joker first sees his new appearance.

More images can by found on Eurobricks and on my entry page. When the latter is approved, I will add a link to it here.

Mondrian-inspired MOC was my entry to Rebrick contest... I lost :D

Catman is perhaps my favorite non-major A-List Superhero character. I know, I love Killer Moth too, but I've been reading up on Catman (mainly via Villains United) anticipating the release of the Catman minifigure, and in the process I've just fallen for him! Such an interesting comic history too--no longer the joke, Catman should be taken seriously...that is unless you want to be all clawed up. Plus the minifigure is spectacularly accurate...although the Batman cowl is somewhat annoying. It drives me crazy whenever someone confuses it with a Bat-variant.

On the filp side of serious is this Catmobile. I built this as a contest entry over on Rebrick, which gave me the perfect excuse to build this. Thankfully, I now have this Bright Light Orange beauty added to my personal collection. It's designed to be in line with the various official Batman Movie vehicles; in that it's somewhat overly large, includes a few play features that are barely worth the effort, and is intensely dedicated towards being faithful to the "spirit" of the character. Now I just hope someday soon Lego will release some of those new curved tiles in the right color, but otherwise this is a rather purrfect build.

Incidentally, over the next few days I should have some other entries up; specifically a location build that I've been working on and one that I'm very happy with.

More images of the Catmobile can be found on my contest entry page.

Lionel Lion and Doctor Dog are industrious chaps! They operate the Fabuland Freight Service that delivers all kinds of shipments all over Fabuland. Their ship is the fastest in Fabuland and has plenty of room for any kind of freight - be it letters or cassette tapes. Their trusty ship has compartments for small cargo and specially designed clamps in the front to haul bigger things like mail boxes. "Fabuland Freight Service - Fast, Fabulous and Fun"

This is my entry for the Lego Rebrick building contest "Freighter Wars". The challenge was to build your own YT Corellian Light Freighter from the Star Wars universe. I decided to build this ship because I love Star Wars and I love Fabuland. I think they are a fun and interesting mashup. I certainly had fun building this ship, trying to work in as many Fabuland pieces as possible.

One last call for votes! Pretty please? I'm not offering free minifigures to everyone who votes, but this is your chance to prove that you don't need that sort of incentive to be helpful. :P

There's always several disgusting things lurking in those.

Here's my entry to the Makuta challenge on Rebrick. In this design, I really wanted to include elements from the story. For instance, the skull spider on his chest representing the first wave of G2 sets. Additionally, I wanted to give a little throw-back to the original series. I did this with the infected mask hanging on his belt. And the story wouldn't be complete without Makuta's mask of control so I made a brick-built version of it to suit the larger scale of this build.

Thanks for taking a look and good luck to everyone in the contest!

Hedwig was Harry Potter's loyal companion and messenger

I built this model for a LEGO Ideas contest, formerly Rebrick (not meant to be a set) In the Creatures category of Magical Builds of the Wizarding World.

Initially I wanted to build Buckbeak, but I got impatient waiting for some parts, and just started making Hedwig instead.

Since the snowy owl is an almost completely white bird, I had to bring some colour to the scene by adding some scenery which also puts her into the context of the Harry Potter universe.

- NADIR -

:the point of the celestial sphere that is directly opposite the zenith and vertically downward from the observer.

--------------------------------------

The YT-1450 model was conceived mainly for hauling large cargo crates by connecting them to the hull between the two forward mandibles. This was a feature not frequently used on earlier models, such as the YT-1300, but there still existed a market demand for these types of ships. The YT-1450 standard model comes equipped with a forward pointing tractor beam projector, placed between the large mandibles. Somewhat unique for this YT model is the side mounted rotating cockpit that gives the pilot a great overview of the ship and the cargo during flight.

"The Nadir" is, as many other YT class ships, greatly modified. In particular for getting large cargo shipments out of tough situations. An oversized shield generator has been fitted to one of the mandibles. This gives The Nadir the possibility to shield both the ship and the cargo. To be able to blast through blockades, a double turbo laser battery has replaced one of the docking ports. Almost all of the long-range sensors and communication equipment have been upgraded and switched out during the years.

This is my entry in the Rebrick FREIGHTER WARS contest.

The design is completely my own. It's a mix of the Millennium Falcon and a ship I've been thinking about building for a long time. Hope you like it!

„The Panzerkampfwagen 38(t), originally known as the ČKD LT vz. 38 was a tank designed during the 1930s, which saw extensive service during World War II. Developed in Czechoslovakia by ČKD, the type was adopted by Nazi Germany following the annexation of Czechoslovakia. With the German Army and other Axis forces, the type saw service in the invasions of Poland, France and the USSR. Production ended in 1942, when its main armament was deemed inadequate. In all, over 1,400 Pz. 38(t)s were manufactured. The chassis of the Pz. 38(t) continued to be produced for the Marder III (1942–1944) with some of its components used in the later Jagdpanzer 38 (1944–1945) tank destroyers and its derivative vehicles.

The (t) stands for tschechisch, the German word for Czech; the Czechoslovak military designation was LT vz. 38 (Lehký tank vzor 38, Light Tank model 38). Manufacturer's designations included TNH series, TNHPS, LTP and LTH. The special vehicle designation for the tank in Germany was Sd. Kfz. 140.“

This is a modified rebrick. I bought the instructions from molegode and modified the kit and made it more stable.

The Eurocopter EC665 Tigre is a Franco-German attack helicopter developed and built by Airbus Helicopters, formerly Eurocopter.

From a French perspective it was designed to replace both the 20mm canon Gazelle and missiles ones in the French army, and to provide support to ground troops. Although designed at the end of the Cold War, it was not actually put into service until 2007. Today, it regularly supports commandos in their airborne operations in Africa. Although it has become indispensable, it cannot replace all Gazelle helicopters due to its high cost.

I'm happy to present my Lego model of the Tiger. It's a long-standing project of which I'm particularly proud. The helicopter's rotors are functional, it can be equipped with several different weapons to fit the HAP or HAD standards (rockets, AGM Hellfire missiles, AAM Mistral missiles...) and there's room to include the pilot and co-pilot inside the cockpit !

Instructions are available on my rebrickable page (rebrickable.com/users/Spartane/mocs/). I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Eurocopter EC665 Tigre

This is my entry in LEGO Rebrick Freighter Wars Contest :) Chosen XS Stock for replica and get this chibbi scale freighter :) my shots didn't yet approved, so you got a chance to see it before that here :) Hope you'll like it :) Was struggling with cargo section, it came in nice shape only after 4-5 tries, then was playing with engine pipes some time - mostly exhausting moc I ever made :DD

This is my second model of a bison. As you can see it is built in a much bigger scale, compared with the first version of 2016.

Using a different nickname, I try my luck with this and other models in the LEGO rebrick contest.

Conceptcar made for www.rebrick.com Lego building challenge "CELEBRATE THE FUTURE OF MCLAREN AUTOMOTIVE"

This is my entry to Rebrick Makuta contest.

Honestly, I am not in great love with theme, because it's too similiar to BFTGM, but it's still a challenge, so I decided to take part.

My main idea is to show the corrupted version of poor guy Makuta, who was infected with evil by Mask of Ultimate power (probably, hah). This mask slowly destroys Makutas body, mind and soul, so he's heavily dying. Probably he had a light corner deep inside himself, but it become smaller and smaller everyday...

Also I used Teridaxs Kanohi Kraakhan from movie "Mask of Light" as a source of inspiration, so the shape is kinda similiar to it. The final battle between Takanuva and Teridax also gave me inspiration.

This model also have little features, like movable mouth and fingers.

The whole building process was kinda hell, because I procrastinated a lot and submitted this in last minutes before closing.

Feel free to leave comments, good luck to all, who participate!

This was a creation I made for a police contest on LEGO® Rebrick.

Thanks for looking!

So, here's my attempt at building Makuta for the final contest on rebrick.

It's a weird combo of Sauron, Morgoth, a gunman from TTGL and Death Reaper. I also wanted to add wings or a cape but I was in a hurry so I could only use Vader's cape for some sort of scarf.

He's also huge and surprisingly heavy. It's the biggest model I've ever built I guess. Even bigger than my Kylo Ren, who I considered huge.

Here's my entry, any like or comment is appreciated:

This is the version I would've submitted if there wasn't a restriction on 'IP' parts (e.g: the police-chief's hat is from the Lego Movie sets, and therefore not allowed, for some reason). My final version had some different faces and pieces, but this is the version I prefer.

Lego Rebrick has a fresh competition where you could win a huge range of Architecture sets (Is it all? Cos' I think it's all) and all you have to do is build the skyline of a city that's close to your heart and enter it.

Here's Batman getting ready with his mini Gotham. (Just make sure you read the rules too, 'cos strictly speaking, Batman isn't allowed to enter)

Anyway, follow the link -> Dream Skylines

Makuta has many forms, in this one he eschews physical strength and brutishness in favor of deadly curses and necromancy.

Another one, sorry for the over saturation of purple black and gold, I'll post something else soon, promise :v

Check out the links to the Rebrick entry and the BS gallery for additional angles and other stuff.

-Rebrick page-

I meant to upload this to that Rebrick contest, except that I thought the due time where I live was 9 PM, not 9 AM, so I missed it by 7 hours... lol. Gotta love it when that happens XD

But yeah, I wanted to try something different, so I did a landspeeder based off the MF's shape. This is the final product. Hope you enjoy!

While the tractor beam guides the container in between the mandibles, the YT-1450 ship computer calculates the small thruster moves necessary to position the container in the precise location for the automatic docking procedure to start. The XL standard container flashes "all clear" and the ship starts interfacing. The container has it's own fuel tank, thrusters and onboard computer. The ship and the container exchange control sequences and encryption keys. Everything is in order. Docking is complete. The Nadir is once again ready to haul some precious cargo across the galaxy.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Iv'e been thinking about building the Millenium Falcon ferrying a huge container for several years. Those mandibles had to be used for something right? Then the Rebrick FREIGHTER WARS contest came along and I started thinking about building a YT Corellian Freighter. A few days in to the process I was reminded of the container hauling MF, and I realized I had a great opportunity here. Well, it's not the MF, but it's a YT Freighter of my own design hauling a huge container.

I've been building this ship this entire month. Sometimes I had to take breaks from building the Nadir, then I built the container instead. There is a fairly intricate Technic structure inside the container and there are four connection points that connect to the Nadir. It's actually one of the most sturdy SHIPs I've built. (see swoosh video)

Length: 105 studs

Deep beneath the island of Okoto, Makuta has risen from his resting place in the underground ruins. More powerful than ever, he now commands an army of undead soldiers and is ready to wreak havoc on the villagers of Okoto. The royal guards who once defended Makuta's tomb from any who tried to revive him, have now become corrupted Skull Guardians, and serve as Makuta's personal bodyguards.

My entry to the Makuta contest on Rebrick. Didn't really feel like making a big black edgy MOC, so I went with a sort of undead wizard look, along with skeleton minions. The Skull Guardian was originally supposed to be a revamp of Skull Warrior, but I felt the sword+chain combo fit better with the bulky look.

Oh, and, don't forget to check out the Rebrick entry page. Remember, with each like Spooki Matooki is closer to world domination, so let's help the poor guy out, he's had a rough time these past few years c:

A YT-1300 Light Freighter repurposed and heavily modified in the hands of a gang of space pirates.

The port side mandible was removed to allow a front-mounted cockpit . This increases the visibility for the pilot, which comes in handy when pursuing other spacecraft.

The starboard mandible was enlarged to fit the added cloaking devices, enhanced radar systems, top-mounted quad turret and various sensors and transmitters.

Some of the front top hull plates were replaced by solar panels, to serve as an additional power source. It powers the electro magnetic defense shields most of the time but the output can be redirected to the tractor beam or the hyper drive buffer battery.

The technology is similar to that of the Twin Ion Engine fighters used by the Empire.

Due to the excessive heat generated by the solar panels, the usable living space was reduced in that area.

The container hook on the bow was removed along with the front leg of the landing gear, this allowed for more photovoltaic surface on the front hull.

The rear hull plates were modified with adaptive hatches to provide better heat ventilation for the hyper drive.

BB-type astromech droid units are docked in two top-side portholes. These will be deployed for in-flight operations to monitor the exterior and perform repairs.

A slightly different ship than what I'm used to build.
