Grater with a soft-touch grip that prevents slipping. The leaf surface is razor-sharp lasered

These are my craft knives I use when doing marquetry very very sharp one false move and you could have a finger off, so I always "handle with care" HMM folks i appreciate any comments/Fav thanks

I just like this song. I'm fine ;-) And I love this knife. I use it every day – for less dangerous things like peeling potatoes ...

I wish you all a lovely end to the week :-))

It can also be seen as an appendix to the smoking comments to the previous Doorway photo ;0)

My Brother Hans Henrik ("Senne") is leaving for Berlin tomorrow (lucky bastard) and came by to burrow some lenses.

Hence the use af the good old razorsharp (but still cheap) Canon 50mm 1.8 for this capture

I love that zoned in experience when your attention is razor sharp and everything else, weather included, is set aside to get the shot - at least for a few minutes. Preparation, of course, is key.

Nice start of the day with this sunrise and a cloudy sky. Shot taken at the Rietplas in Houten (The Netherlands). It's always a surprise to have such a sky. Especially at the start of a day.

This lens is razorsharp - even in close-up!

One of my favourite Gillette flexible virgin razor blades, still intact with protective cover, unused waiting for a foamy face to show off it's potential.

This image is for MM this week 30.11.20 with the theme of 'Bathroom'.

This razor was photographed in a beautiful shiny abalone shell in my bathroom, it's my soap dish.

I thought this shell complemented the colour of the razor with lots of blues etc.

Love & Peace everyone!

Please stay safe!

The 4th generation master blacksmith Fujiwara Teruyasu takes carbon steel to an unprecedented level. Fujiwara knives are sharper, cut better and are easier to sharpen than knives from other knifemakers. These knives are among the best available for the real enthusiast.

I've watched "Barbarella" for the very first time together with my two stepsisters when I was ten or eleven. It was Saturday (back then, I spent every weekend at my father's). My Dad and stepmother sometimes visited friends on a Saturday night, and apparently we three girls were deemed old enough – we are very close in age, my older stepsister is only 10 month older and and my younger stepsister 6 months younger than me – to stay "Home Alone". I don't remember what the parental orders for our "girl's night in" were, but I'm absolutely sure that watching late night sci-fi movies wasn't included on the "OK list" – so that was precisely what we did ;) And boy were we terrified by that scene at the beginning of the movie, where Barbarella crash-lands on Tau Ceti's 16th planet and gets attacked by those nasty children with their killer dolls with those razor-sharp metal teeth.

So what does innocent sellotape in a tape dispenser has to do with a freaky sci-fi movie from the love and peace era (love, mostly, when it comes to Barbarella)? Well, first of all this is double-sided adhesive tape – which isn't nearly as innocent as one might think. It can be very handy, yes, but only after you've managed to handle it without getting stuck to every single surface where you don't want it to stick. And then... I wasn't even sure what to expect when I decided to photograph the tape dispenser, the spikiest thing I could find at home. I only thought that it might look interesting with those arrows printed on the edge of the tape. But don't you agree that the spikes of that small (1,4 cm / 0,55 inches wide) cutter knife look like teeth and the arrows and that rectangle look like eyes and a nose? And there they were, those nasty dolls... ;)

Processed entirely in DXO PhotoLab4 with some extra local adjustments on the "teeth" ; I've also again applied a film simulation in DXO FilmPack, Agfa Precisa 100, and I still tweaked the colours a little. It's a single shot; I've also tried some focus stacking, because the arrows look interesting with those tiny printing dots, but since it's all about the spikes this time, I thought I'd leave them blurred – I think it also adds a sense of motion and of that crazy frenzy of that doll scene.

HMM, Everyone, have a nice week ahead and stay safe!

Colors were magnificent. I waited for more than 2 hours to get this shot. She was like playing with me. Finally rested here and posed for me.

Here the Sigma 24-105 f4 did what it is supposed to do. No backfocus! The Sigma certainly needs time to focus, but when it finally does it's razorsharp!!

Last week I was a member of a testpanel - to test the Fujifilm GFX50S. And I must admit: this camera produces razorsharp images!!!

I made this shot to test the bokeh and the gradient from sharp to unsharp in an existing light circumstance inside a building with some daylight from above, using only a reflector.
