Ja a l'arribar a Fécamp al matí, feia molt vent i el mar estava ben mogut, vam anar a dinar i just abans de seguir ruta vaig anar cap a la zona contrària al port per poder fer algunes fotos de les onades que xocaven al far i feien unes grans esquitxades, algunes persones s'atansaven al far per veure des de primera fila les onades, alguns d'ells es protegien darrere una petita pared.

Painted to represent a Viscount of British European Airways with the original name Sir John Franklin. Whiskey Foxtrot was the second production aircraft and was delivered to British European Airways in 1953. The last operator was Cambrian Airways and she was retired in 1971 and placed on display at Liverpool Airport with the Viscount Preservation Trust. Transferred to the Duxford Aviation Society and moved to Duxford by road in 1976

" Carlo Ferrari's Beech 18 is a remarkable example of this twin-engine 'taildragger'. First flown in 1937, the type saw extensive service during World War Two as a trainer and light transport (amongst other duties). After the war, the Beech 18 was a well-known business aircraft, perhaps the King Air of its day. Carlo's G18S, which has made appearances on television and in movies, will be displayed in the static park in the military paint scheme it wore for the TV series 'Catch 22'

La MG 131 (raccourci de l'allemand Maschinengewehr 131 ou Mitrailleuse 131) est une mitrailleuse d'aviation de calibre 13 mm, conçue par Rheinmetall-Borsig en 1938, et produite de 1940 à 1945.
Elle fut montée sur de nombreux appareils de la Luftwaffe durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, soit sur des affûts fixes, soit sur des tourelles simples ou jumelées. Lorsqu'elle était montée pour tirer à travers le champ de l'hélice, elle possédait alors une mise à feu électrique, ce qui permettait de maintenir une cadence de tir élevée, malgré la synchronisation.
C'est l'équivalent allemand de la mitrailleuse Browning M2 américaine.

" Lockheed U-2A 56-6692 was delivered on 22 October 1956. It was the 19th U-2 to be built and was first flown in October 1956. This particular aircraft operated from Giebelstadt, Germany for a year from late 1956 flying photographic missions over Soviet territory.
This aircraft operated as a U-2A, to a U-2CT, to a U-2C, to the American Air Museum at Duxford.
Later in it's operational career it flew for a period from Taiwan, undertaking photographic missions over Communist China. ECM pods for 56-6692 arrived at Taoyuan AB in September 1964 and the aircraft was deployed to Charbatia from Taoyuan AB for mission(s) over Tibet in December 1964. It stayed at Taoyuan for most of 1964. After spending the early part of 1965 at the factory getting the dorsal canoe modification, it returned to Taoyuan in May/June, 1965 and stayed there through at least December, 1965.
The USAF received 56-6692 in TRIM (Target Radiation Intensity Measurement) configuration) in June 1967. The aircraft was the very first to be rebuilt as a U-2CT trainer as a result of ground loop and a fire in 1972. Spending time as a two-seater, it was returned to single seater configuration at RAF Alconbury in September 1991 just prior to it's transportation by road to Duxford. The aircraft is currently suspended, on display, from the roof in the American Air Museum at Duxford. It is one of only two examples on display in Europe. "
