She gathered as much books as she could from the abandoned library. Dusting each cover lovingly while ogling over them. There were two more books that caught her eyes. Going on her tip-toes, she reached as high as she could stretch but she was just too short for the books she wanted to reach.

"Let me." he said.

"Oh, please!" she exclaimed, happily, feeling his palm on her shoulder as a gesture to relax.

He whispered a spell and she watched his wand point at the exact books she wanted, making them glide of the shelf swiftly and almost playfully. Instead of reaching her arms that was already full of books, he took them in his hold and grinned.

"Hey!"

"Your hands are full, how are you going to hold them? With your head?" he asked, narrowing his eyes.

"Nothing is impossible!" she muttered, moving towards the empty seat and setting her other books down.

"I brought us some butterbeer!" He announced.

And that is how a Hufflepuff and a Ravenclaw decided to spend their free time...

P.S. This was inspired by our love for Hogwarts houses but I managed to include my abandoned library that was initially inspired by this picture I saw. Thank you Unir for being patient and for the fun time shopping around for something that suits. It took us a month? xD

Tagged by Jaquelyne Desmoulins and it seemed like fun, so here we go!

A VERY long time ago, in SL years, a friend that I RP'd with in RL told me about a new format that they were using to RP. At the time it was either table top games or linear chat with emoting. So when she showed me SL I was wowed. My friend had just started RPing in a Harry Potter sim and thought I would love it. Not only could I build my character like I did in my table top games, she could darn near come to life.

I tried to think of a name that made me think of magic...but nothing too out there...that wouldn't be over used and Malinda was born. I chose Aeon for the same reason. I was giving life to my new character. It only seemed fitting.

I'm challenging the people I have tagged to do this! Do your own photos and make your own challenges as I have done. I hope you have fun with it!

Finally got around to a Harry Potter picture, even though Will is a Ravenclaw lol - not a Gryffindor. Blame the owl. XD

hurrying to the knight bus station outside the famous Madoka Cafe for witches, wizards, and goblins I couldn't help but trying and not forget anything, "Mum do you have the tickets?" I asked every five seconds.

"Yes, dear, I have em in my pocket! Oh hohooho, I got my camera! We can take a photo on your journey there!" she smiled.

"Mum..no we don't take pictures at the train station. I'll be laughed at by all those fussy ravenclaws" I pushed her camera away and dragged the last of my luggage to be taken to hogwarts while mum looked out for the knight bus. "Alright then, well I have snacks in case you get the munchies on the train." she smiled. I rolled my eyes at this point, "Mum they have sweets on the train!" I shouted.

She just stared back at me, hurt and upset, "That witch on the train makes her sweets into something dangerous! I know because she comes to the cafe looking for bourbon before attending the train every year for the hogwarts students!"

Travis couldn't wait to show Claudia his new collection of hermit crabs. They were incredibly friendly, much to Claudia's dismay. She was not a fan of critters, but one critter in particular wanted to say "hello!" to her. So off from Travis' shoulder it lept! Ese primer año estaba siendo abrumador, sobre todo porque desconocía la existencia del mundo mágico hasta que le llegó su carta de Hogwarts el año anterior.

Y las navidades de ese primer año estaban siendo prometedoras. • Gran Comedor.

Vivian Fairchild accedió con el resto a ese Gran Comedor coronado por un ficticio cielo estrellado y millones de velas levitando repartidas por toda la zona alta. Sencillamente aquello era maravilloso para la que había llevado hasta entonces una vida completamente muggle. Todo era mágico, la magia rebosaba en ese lugar y los alumnos de los diferentes cursos estaban sentados en las mesas para dar la bienvenida a los recién llegados. Los profesores, con sombreros de brujo sobre sus cabezas, se sentaron en una mesa colocada de forma horizontal y daban la bienvenida a los recién llegados mientras que un viejo sombrero reposaba en las manos de una profesora. “Bienvenidos a Hogwarts. A continuación, se os seleccionará para vuestras casas. Mientras viváis aquí, vuestra casa será vuestra familia”. La joven Fairchild de buenas a primeras sintió cierto pavor al ver a los primeros alumnos colocarse debajo de aquel siniestro sombrero que hablaba, aunque a medida que iba repartiendo a cada uno en sus casas sentía una extraña sensación de esperanza y mezcla de miedo. Jamás lo reconocería, pero en el fondo envidiaba los recibimientos calurosos con los que eran acogidos los novatos como ella por los de cursos más altos. Quería ser aceptada, le hacía ilusión sentir que formaba parte de un grupo y la idea de pertenecer a la casa Gryffindor como le contó su padre que había sido, le creaba cierta inquietud ¿Y si le enviaba a otra casa? Cuando la llamaron su corazón dio un vuelco y con semblante de lo más serio y tenso se colocó bajo el sombrero "Uuuuuum veamos que tenemos aquí..." el Sombrero Seleccionador se empezó a mover ligeramente sobre su cabeza "Veo ingenio sí... y mucha inteligencia, quizá fueras una buena candidata para Ravenclaw" Vivian cerraba los ojos nerviosa, no le gustaba que dudara "Aunque también veo impaciencia, atrevimiento y coraje, sí... sin duda.... ¡GRYFFINDOR!" anunciaba mientras la joven Fairchild daba un pequeño brinco y suspiraba aliviada, yendo hacia la mesa de mantel rojizo y dorado y recibiendo la bienvenida de algunos compañeros desconocidos, pero no les hizo mucho caso. No sabía por qué su atención se centraba en el Inar, deseando que no fuera a su misma casa, dado que le había dado un primer día de pena con su vomitona en el tren.

"Well, looks like it's just me!" he said with a wild grin, "This reminds me, are alumni ever allowed to come and access the library? It'd be great if we could!"

Juniper Owsley-Green chuckled as she shook her head towards Lukka, "Sadly not Mr. Rookswood, special occasions only I'm afraid." She gathered any belongings she brought with her and started towards the door. "Do enjoy your limited time with us again." she shot him a smile before disappearing through the door.

Lukka nodded, "Well I'd best use it while I've got the chance I suppose!" he said, then cringed at how very stereotypically Ravenclaw he was being - but honestly, the library was a fantastic resource that he missed having access to.

While visiting Hogwarts as a judge for the annual Brew Off, Lukka spent most of his time between the contest and dinner in the library, accessing the school's wealth of knowledge in a way he hadn't appreciated as a student.
