A Yellow Rattle seedpod in the Sun - Theme - Centre Square, Back To Square One, Black and White HMM :)
I knew they were around here somewhere! While out at sunset I hiked on a part of a North Boulder trail where I had seen Rattle Snakes before and wasn't disappointed last night. The signature rattle gave it's presence away thankfully and I approached just close enough to get a shot (this is where the telephoto comes in very handy!) I lingered watching it until I heard another rattle behind me at which point I got the heck out of there!
