Remy is my favorite game piece from Monopoly—the Disney version, played with my grandchildren. Remy is a character who wants to be a chef in the Disney animated film, "Ratatouille"

The word ratatouille derives from the Occitan ratatolha and is related to the French ratouiller and tatouiller, expressive forms of the verb touiller, meaning "to stir up".
From the late 18th century, in French, it merely indicated a coarse stew.
I use the word when there is a hotchpotch of stuff thrown in together?
A red pepper, shallot, carrots, garlic, vine tomatoes and mini leeks, the making of...
