This @&(*#$ construction site on Marine Drive westbound has been screwing up traffic for weeks, with 2 lanes merging into 1, causing huge lineups blocks long. In the mean time, these two left turn lanes are empty. They should close the left turn lanes, set up some pylons, and keep traffic at 2 lanes heading westbound.
