For: LOOKING CLOSE... ON FRIDAY!
Theme: A SINGLE EGG
One of my favorite breakfasts to make. A baked whole grain tortilla, refried beans, meat (Chorizo, ham, or bacon), salsa, sunny side up egg, Queso blanco cheese, green onions, cilantro, cayenne and black peppers. The spicier the better!
Thanks for your visits!! Happy Looking Close on Fridays!

The front corner of a 1957 Ford Ranchero photographed at the 2nd Annual Grand Car Show at the Copper Shores Village in Pleasant Hill, Iowa.
Developed with Darktable 3.6.0.
I have seen 2 Ford Racheros and other great old cars on my walks past the owner's house. This one was on the street yesterday morning, and, when I came back in the afternoon to photograph it, the owner invited me onto his property to photograph the other great vehicles. More about that later.
The red back of the mirror is a nice touch.

Something completely different to my norm - my son's newly acquired car/ pick-up - a Ford Fairlane Ranchero from 1967.
it was imported into UK about a year ago from California -currently mostly in its original condition [ rust included ]. no problem for my son cos he's a mechanic. The question is how much more to restore ?
Techy details : originally 289 cubic inch v8 engine but now has a 302 engine. 1967 was its only Ford production year. Is it a car or is it a truck? Nicknamed 'a Gentleman's Pick-Up'.
Of course, I haven't a clue about all this techy stuff, but I can really appreciate it's beauty - well, it took my breath away when I saw it!
PS - sorry about the halo ! Very bright day.....
A well-worn 1957 Ford Ranchero at the former Wendover Raceway and air field in Wendover, Utah.
I enjoy exploring places like this and taking pictures. This was further developed to have the appearance of more texture, even though it started out as a photograph. It's best to view this and most of my artwork larger for this reason. On my site there's a link on each photo to to buy prints and merch on redbubble.
A very nice '71 Ford Ranchero GT. Seems to have some customization including a 460 under the hood. Five exposure HDR processed with Nik HDR Efex Pro 2
I’m not sure whether it’s a 1968 or 1969 model. The Ranchero models for these years were based upon the intermediate class Fairlane/Torino models. That green metallic color is very typical for that time period.
