Sieht vielleicht nicht so besonders aus. Aber war der schmackhafteste Ramen Teller, den ich jemals hatte. Fleisch und Brühe waren stundenlang gekocht worden. Das Fleisch so zart, ein Traum. Ich konnte es mit dem Löffel zerteilen. Die Ramen-Nudeln befanden sich unter dem Fleisch. Gemüse war allerdings nur in homöopatischer Dosis vorhanden. Für mich, die ich eigentlich immer viel Gemüse esse und auch oft vegetarisch, etwas ungewöhnlich. Aber dafür war der Geschmack unübertroffen.
Chinese-Japanese Restaurant in Kabukicho “北京”, "Beijing" or "Pekin". A customer watching his ramen being made by the chef was an excellent subject for street photography. Hand made fresh noodles display is a very common scene in Japan, and many places in Asia. What a privilege. Kabukicho, Tokyo.
Not your typical college routine. Ramen noodles made with time and care and a broth conjured from actual stock. Humility in the restaurant business makes it easy to appreciate the hands that care and prepare ones food.

Just a thought, but if intelligent life were to have similar taste buds as a human being and by some chance they were to find their way to our little planet, a bowl of ramen could satisfy their palette on several levels. Firm noodles, tender veggies, bold flavor all served in a sultry bowl. This could prevent an intergalactic war or possibly a hostile takeover.
