After hearing so much about Rafa's from anyone who's been to Roses and El Bulli, we had no reason to miss out. The seafood here are impeccable. After all, fresh ingredients only require minimal manipulation for maximum taste. It was the polar opposite of the elaborate and intellectual dinner at El Bulli the night before.
