The mention of Katas Raj, located in the salt range 18 miles south of Chakwal, is found in Maha Bharat written in 300 BC. The etymology of this place as narrated in the old edition of Tarikh-i-Jhelum (History of Jhelum) is that according to Brahaman belief, Shiv Devta wept so profusely on the death of his beloved wife Satti that two holy ponds - one at Pushkar of Ajmair and other at Katak Shell - came into being with his tears. In Sanskrit, the word - Katak Shell - means chain of tears which later on was pronounced as ‘Katas’.

First time ever Erode (ED) shed doing the promotions of a movie. Produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, Kamal Haasan as "VIKRAM" releasing worldwide on 3 June, 2022. That's all the locomotive says!

Spray painted Erode (ED) WAP-7 30801 with VIKRAM film's promotion hauling the legendary 12615/Chennai Central ⇌ New Delhi Grand Trunk (GT) Express towards Chandrapur (CD) for the next halt. 😀

Well, the movie is Tamil language based but this loco mostly doing the promotions in Hindi realms. In first ride went to Rajasthan & returned, now hauling GT to National Capital.

This rare cover art variant for the Bollywood epic "Raaj Tilaak" promises grand-scale adventure in the wake of "Conan the Barbarian" and a "beautiful love story." Both editions of the tape were put out by the cut-and-paste crazy Samwon Production. Unusual.

This rare Korean VHS edition of the Hindi movie "Raaj Tilak" (1984) sports a catchy cover that helped it become a steady renter during the video store era.
