sometimes when a program crashes, those software bugs create their own aesthetic. once i uploaded some pictures on my blog, and during this process the pictures were "modified". in the end they looked way better than the original ones. ( www.b-z-a.net/blog/?p=90 )
this computerart seems to work best when it´s influenced by humans.

some of my mac-using friends told, ah how lucky you are, such things could never happen with an apple computer. but in the end it was quicktime that caused this crash..
Mount St. Helens should normally be visible from these marshes (located next to the visitor center), but the skies were overcast and I had no such luck. A walk on the nicely laid out, scenic path through the marsh made the stopover worthwhile.

Only a rough cut; I haven't done my adjustments or fixes, but wanted everyone to be able to check it out.
It is large, 25mb so only broadband and requires quicktime. Let me know if you have problems downloading it and I'll make one thats smaller.
You'll see a little jitter....zoom in...it's better at about twice the scale that I have it set to by default.
