I got out of the Hospital yesterday after being in surgery for 11 hours on Tues.
The surgery was sup. to be 6 hours max. I had a fantastic Doctor, who took the best care of me, while performing my surgery. He was going to try and remove polyps off my colon, but ultimately had to remove about a foot of my colon. I was at the Hospital for 4 days & it was more painful than I could have ever imagined, but I am extremely grateful to be typing this now & am trying to keep a positive mindset on my road to healing, which is sometimes hard to do when you suffer from clinical depression & anxiety.
