Santa Fe’s Q train curves through Sedalia on Colorado’s Joint Line on the morning of July 7, 1989. The Denver to La Junta train is powered by EMD SD45-2 No. 5844 and SD40-2 No. 5182. Over on the northbound main line is Burlington Northern’s piggyback train headed to Denver, still running with a caboose on the rear.
Working in macro, when this showed up on my screen, I immediately went back into honoring the Queen mode, as I have since news of her death flooded the airwaves. My people are from England, Scotland, and Ireland and her passing has touched something very deep and almost visceral.

My brand new variegated zonal geranium (aka pelargonium) from 'Geranium World' in Sydney. It's 'Susie Q'.
This geranium is called 'Susie Q' because the cultivator/grower is a huge fan of CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival) and, in particular, the band's massive hit from 1968: 'Susie Q':

But here is a groovy cover version of 'Susie Q' I discovered on YouTube, by a busker dude, Markus K, performing in Frankfurt, Germany:

Oh - and 'Geranium World' is located on the corner of Crooked Lane and Kurmond Road, North Richmond.
The Hawkesbury Valley, Sydney.
This is where you come if you want to find unique, variegated, geraniums/pelargoniums.
The nursery is owned by Robyn Bible, who is the President of the Australian Geranium Society.

Eastbound CB&Q dinky makes a station stop at Highlands as a westbound express rolls through on the middle track. Trainman is likely standing at the crosswalk to ensure debarking passengers don't unwittingly walk into the path of the oncoming train. Hinsdale IL, June 1968.

May be a steep learning curve. A TLR this is not. But I do appreciate the waist level finder.
