One million pixels (1000x1000), and one million unique colours. Image generated by a python script - I'll add it below. One million photo views seems like a lot, and has taken nearly 12 years for my little collection.

a baby ball python, the latest addition to the family! Loves crawling into people's pants and cute mice.

Würgeschlange. Albino-Python.

I do not like snakes so when a friend from church asked me to make a snake cake for someone who does not like snakes I was taken back. Worse, the person is her hubby and the Youth Pastor! He loves to play pranks on his younglings so this is the perfect payback. The cake inside is a chocolate cake with white buttercream. Fondant is chocolate and I hand painted with gel color, petal and luster dust. It freaked him out I was told.

Wikipedia

PYTHON is a 21st century chair for cafes and restaurants, Internet cafes as well as for reception-rooms with a chair back that holds your jacket like a coat-hanger without it falling on the floor or beeing crumped

PYTHON’s special construction with enlarged thickness in the curve gives very high strenght to the chair making it suitable for regular usage in public spaces

PYTHON collection includes three chairs - PYTHON, PYT and stackable PYT bar chair. PYT has the same shape and construction but without the high back. It suits very well together with PYTHON and allows you to play with forms and colours in the interior.

Both - PYTHON and PYT - are offered also with upholstered seat pad

PYTHON collection is available in different natural wood veneers - birch, beech, maple, cherry, walnut, oak, zebrano, wenge. It comes clear lacquered or in wide range of stained finish as well as covered with matted white or black melamine

PYTHON, PYT and PYT bar is stackable up to 8 pieces

Python Reticulatus

One of the largest Pythons, the Reticulated Python is considered one of the largest snakes in the world, attaining lengths of up to 33 feet. Seen at the Greater Vancouver Zoo in Aldergrove, B.C. (09-08-28-4143)

Genus/species: Python reticulatus (Pythonidae)

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS: Normally colored reticulated pythons have several pigments: melanin (blacks), and xanthins (yellows) amongst other more subtle colors. Lemondrop is a “lavender albino” which is the same thing as a “tyrosinase positive albino” (t-positive) which have the inability to complete the synthesis of melanin but can produce other melanin related pigments such as various shades of brown grey and red resulting the “lavender” color. A “normal albino” (t-negative) reticulated python is yellow and white with pink/red eyes. Melanin and other melanin pigments areas are pure white but non-melanin pigments are present giving alternate colors (xanthines produce yellows). To make matters more complicated different albino snakes may have mutations giving them additional color morphs.

Our albino American Alligator, (Claude) Alligator mississippiensis is a “normal albino” (t-negative) with no melanin or non-melanin pigments making him pure white. If you google “t-positive albino” or “tyrosinase positive albino” you can find a lot more information on this condition.

This Sunny. She's just shed here, and is watching what I'm doing. She's a bold snake and very good-natured.

No big deal. Just a kid-eating python hanging out in that tree.

This is "Julius Squeezer" - Burmese Python

Julius is quite large, about 12 feet long and 65 pounds, according to his handlers. It takes three people to carry him safely. He is an animal ambassador at the SDZ Safari Park.

The Burmese python is one of the five largest snakes in the world, native to a large variation of tropic and sub-tropic areas of Southern- and Southeast Asia.

They are often found near water and are sometimes semi-aquatic, but can also be found in trees. They are also excellent swimmers, being able to stay submerged for up to half an hour.

Burmese pythons are carnivorous. Their diet consists primarily of appropriately sized birds, mammals

and vermin. IUCN has recently listed the Burmese python as "Vulnerable". Wikipedia

This osage-orange tree is covered with knots and twist's. This is just one of many.

An old orange tree at Fort Harrod Kentucky. this tree brought to Fort Harrod in the late 1700-1800’s by a pioneer,

did Lewis and Clark bring it back during their travels or was it.

planted by Indians because of its good bow making properties? .

No one seems to know who planted this tree but it is a sight to. be seen if you are in the Harrodsburg area. This magnificent. osage-orange can be found at Old Fort Harrod, in. Harrodsburg Kentucky which was originally built in 1774. .

The tree is America’s unofficial national champion for the species..

The national champion can be found at .

Red Hill Patrick Henry’s National Memorial in Virginia. .

The tree in Kentucky is taller and broader than the osage-orange. in Virginia, but it cannot be dubbed as “the national champion”. because of its split-trunk.
