Going through some shots from our trip to Spain.
The Area Surveillance Patrol Vessel (PVZ in Spanish) ‘Tagomago’ (P-22) has put to sea in order to contribute to guaranteeing the security of maritime areas of national interest, specifically in the waters of the Strait of Gibraltar and the Alboran Sea.
The PVZ ‘Tagomago’ is the second of the ten patrol vessels of the ‘Anaga’ class that were built in the 1980s and one of the eight vessels under the Command of the Maritime Action Force Units in Cadiz. It is designed to carry out maritime security missions, protection of national maritime interests and control of areas of sovereignty and national interest. It also performs maritime traffic control and protection missions; surveillance and control of fishing.
2009 Volvo FM13.440 Euro4 38 tonne Liebherr LTF 1045-4.1 telescopic boom mobile crane capable of a 45 tonne load capacity. Originally used in the Dutch steelworks industry with large concern Van den Brink Staalbouw, operating from Barneveld, Gelderland Province, Netherlands, although its original Dutch registration is not known. Imported to Britain in late 2014 for fairground use with Danters Attractions, it enjoyed a good few years in its original Brink Staalbouw blue colour before being painted in line with Danters' fleet livery. Presumably used to assemble / dismantle fairground rides, it is pictured here on the seafront during the Kirkcaldy Links Market funfair in April 2025.

I built something! Hurrah!
This is my first entry to the New Elementary "Switch My Lantern Up" contest. I saw the original post and got a number of ideas, but I think the idea to use it as the classic peashooter from PvZ was my favorite. Such a fun seed part!

Very happy with this one :). An ode to the best iOS game on the planet: Plants vs. Zombies. This little guy is the backbone of the plant army in our fight against those flesh eating zombies! ...C'mon, you know you wanna fave it!

31/03/2016. Wright Streetdeck SK65 PVZ departs Bristol bus station with Mendip Xpress service 376 to Street.
Quite a nice looking vehicle, though fairly bulky and boxy I must admit.
The Interburan livery sits well on the body.

One of two ex Nottinghamshire police horse boxes now with Avon and Somerset police. This one is being stored at the Weston Roads policing unit as there is enough room to store vehicles, the other is at the mounted section but not inservice. Rumour has it that Nottinghamshire are reopening their mounted section and may be buying the two horse boxes back from Avon and Somerset.
