Jennifer (Jen's Photography) wanted to get some flower shots for her "My Chicago" challenge so we got into the car and drove over to Palatine. She knew that there was a large garden center there. The people at the center "Knuppers" were kind enough to allow us to shoot.
So... no time to snap stills today. Had to put in some time editing a wakeboarding video that shows me and a few friends enjoying an event we go to every September called the Northwest Wakefest.

i know a lot of ppl are not going to like this saying too much negative space, the water is too much, the pictures just doesnt do it for me, but i just really liked how the sun was forcing its way through the, in my opinion, menacing clouds. i hope at least some ppl out there enjoy it.

We're at the corner of Beach & Hyde in San Francisco, watching the crews turn Car #4 at the north end of the Powell & Hyde Cable Car line.
The turn tables here are spun manually and they have to be pushed off of the table as seen here, due to the lack of cables under that table.
This Car #4 was built in 1994 in SF's shops, though it still has all of the charm of its older sisters. Full info on the car can be seen here: www.cablecarmuseum.org/car-roster.html
