We’ll move through a 75-minute class together fueled by music by our favorite female artists: Beyoncé, Ariana Grande & Taylor Swift to name a few. The class itself will have a yoga-style warm-up, seamlessly transition into the powerful full-body functional movement exercises you love from Barre, and finish with some deep stretching and deep relaxing in Savasana.

I was born right here in Raleigh and lived here until my parents moved to Sanford when I was in junior high school. I came back to Raleigh for college (GO PACK!!) and am proudly still living here. I’m a professional photographer (Renee Sprink Photography) and consider it one of life’s many blessings to be able to capture the loves and lives of my clients, preserving their legacies for generations to come. Have you ever been to Pure Barre❤️? It’s the perfect combination of strength and stretch. When I lived in Goldsboro, I would drive an hour to come to this Raleigh studio. We take fitness facilities for granted when Raleigh has SO many fabulous places to sweat. If I’m not here, I’m (obviously at the YMCA) also at @coreraleigh and @barre3. Visit a different place everyday if you want, but settle into a community.
