It's the Audrey II puppet from the 1982 Workshop of the Players' Art (WPA) production of Little Shop of Horrors.
The 1982 production was the first time that the musical version of Little Shop of Horrors was ever seen.
This puppet was designed by Martin P. Robinson, a puppet designer and performer who works for the Jim Henson Company. He also performed Audrey II (who was voiced by Ron Taylor).
Martin is best known for his work on Sesame Street, having performed Telly Monster, Mrs. Grouch (Oscar the Grouch's mother), Slimey the Worm, Mr. Snuffleupagus, Oscar's niece Irvine, and Shelley the Turtle. He also was the animatronic puppeteer for Leonardo in 1990's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Wajang (Javanese: 'shadow'), classical Javanese puppet drama that uses the shadows thrown by puppets manipulated by rods against a translucent screen lit from behind. Developed before the 10th century, the form had origins in the thalubomalata, the leather puppets of southern India. The art of shadow puppetry probably spread to Java with the spread of Hinduism.

Needle felted puppets inspire imaginative play and provide a toy as a creative teaching tool and a fun way to learn!
The daughter of a friend is doing a business project at school that ended up with the making and creating a marketing plan for this puppet. She is doing a slide show presentation today to three judges and the cookies are a thankyou gift at the end. I know all will go well she is a clever cookie lol!
Later in the next month she is doing a stall where we intedn to have these cookies on a sticks/cookie pops to have as giveaways and to liven up the display. Its been a pleasure to help out hardworking people.
I made a cutter for these as i have potentially a few to do and the design was based more on a caricature drawn of the puppet
A rare photograph of James breaking his arm during rehearsal for the Master of Puppets tour. Definite proof that he did not break his arm in a skateboarding accident as it is widely believed, but rather onstage.
