As meninas estavam deitadas juntas em silêncio depois do almoço hoje mais cedo. Elas apreciavam esses momentos de calmaria, onde ficavam presas em seus pensamentos, mas sabendo que não estavam sós. Porém Sohee não conseguia ficar quietinha. Ela precisava dividir algo com a Dantallia,
- O Kin se declarou pra mim. - Sohee falou quebrando o silêncio.
- Ele fez isso? – Dantallia estava espantada e animada.
- É... Ele foi delicado na declaração... tão lindo... Ele é lindo, né?! – Falou sonhadora, mas logo voltando a razão. – O Kin disse que gosta de mim como Sohee. Por eu ser eu e não a reencarnação da Yuuko. Ele fez uma lista dos vários motivos para gostar de mim. E ainda citou uma frase do meu romance favorito e até me deu uma rosa.
- Que romântico! E o que você disse? O que você disse? – Dantallia não estava contendo a curiosidade e a empolgação.
- Que eu amava o Solle...
- Ah... pobrezinho... – Dantallia estava com dó do garoto, e meio decepcionada também. - E ele?
- Ele falou que já sabia disso, mas que ele queria ser sincero comigo e se declarar mesmo assim.
- Ah... – E se calou, ficando pensativa por um tempo.
- O que você tá pensando?
- É que... sei lá.
- Fala!
- Eu sou sua amiga, então não me leva a mal, tá? Mas... você acha que o Solle gosta de você o tanto que você gosta dele?
- Claro que gosta! Ele cuidou de mim todo esse tempo e um dia desses ele fez carinho do meu rosto e me abraçou enquanto eu dormia!
- Mas, So, enquanto dormia? E você se contenta com isso? Isso não é vida. Não é amor.
- É sim. Ele só tem vergonha de demonstrar seus sentimentos e de se declarar pra mim. Eu sei que ele me ama também.
- Ahh... - suspirou resignada. - Tá bom, So. Desculpa se eu me preocupei atoa.
- Você vai ver. – Disse a garota determinada. - Quando estivermos casados e com filhinhos você vai perceber que isso que falou é totalmente sem sentido.
- É, né? Deixa isso pra lá então. - Ela só queria encerrar o assunto, porque na cabeça dela ela continuava pensando coisas ruins do garoto. É verdade que ele tratava a Sohee muito bem, mas ela achava que algo estava estranho. E não sabia exatamente o que. Só torcia pra tudo o que a amiga falou fosse verdade. Que ela percebesse no futuro que essa preocupação era realmente sem sentido.
Kinshiro passou o dia inteiro pensando na conversa desastrosa que teve com a Yuuko. Ele tentou achar uma solução para que ela o entendesse, para que ela visse que ele não era realmente uma má pessoa. E só no dia seguinte ele finalmente achou a forma perfeita para fazer isso. Falando a verdade.
- Yuuko!
- AHHH! – gritou assustada. - De onde você surgiu?
- Desculpe. Mas eu preciso te contar uma coisa. Não vá embora dessa vez! É realmente importante.
- O que é...?
- Quero te explicar o motivo que me fez te tratar mal.
- Eu... Eu não quero saber! – e tentou sair de lá o mais rápido possível, mas Kinshiro foi mais rápido e segurou seu braço pela parede vazada.
- O Tomoe gosta de você!
- O que? O Tomoe gosta de mim?
- Ele gosta muito de você! Acho que é paixão ou amor. Não sei.
- Mas o que isso tem a ver com a forma com que você me tratava? – Yuuko estava completamente confusa.
- Eu não sou uma pessoa centrada. Já tive muitos problemas no passado que me fizeram ser assim, fechado e sem conseguir demonstrar meus sentimentos. O Tomoe foi a única pessoa de fora da família que ficou ao meu lado nos momentos mais difíceis. Ele que me ajudou quando mais precisei, apesar de ser aquele cara mal-humorado que você conhece.
- Não estou entendendo...
- Desde que ele te conheceu ele mudou! Está mais receptivo, claramente mais alegre! Eu não podia tirar essa felicidade dele. Então eu te afastei. Mesmo te amando e sabendo o que você sentia por mim eu te afastei com palavras mesquinhas. Eu acreditava que você seria mais feliz com ele, pois eu não posso fazer ninguém feliz, mas você só ficou mais triste, mais deprimida conforme eu te afastava. E eu morria toda a vez que te via daquele jeito. Tente entender.
- Você disse que me ama?
- O que?
- Você disse “mesmo te amando e sabendo o que você sentia por mim”.
- Eu... disse...isso...
- É verdade?
- Eu... Não era pra ser assim. – e bateu a cabeça no metal.
- Para! O que não era pra ser assim?
- De tarde! Perto do lago onde os sapos barulhentos aparecem à noite. Me encontre lá! – E, sem olhar para trás, saiu.
- Acho que vou desmaiar!

- Não, So. Eu te dei ele! Ele é seu. – Disse sem querer aceitar o instrumento de volta.
- Eu sei, Solle. Mas é melhor assim. Pelo menos pra mim é. Então, só aceita sem reclamar, ok?! – Disse sorrindo.
- Realmente não concordo com isso... Parece até que está se desfazendo de tudo o que eu te dei. Se desfazendo de mim! Primeiro o colar, depois o violino. Daqui a pouco será a Cocoa e o Mochi.
- Pode esperar sentado! O Mochi e a Cocoa são M-E-U-S!!!! – Disse brincando. – Mas está na hora de recomeçar, Solle. Está na hora de ganhar presentes de outra pessoa.
- Do Kinshiro? – Perguntou sem pensar.
- Hum... quem sabe?! Está com ciúmes? – Falou brincalhona, fazendo Solle rir.
- Talvez. Talvez... – E parando de rir, disse. – Me desculpe, Sohee. Por tudo...
- Eu te desculpo, Solle bobão! - E dizendo isso, deu tchau com as mãos e saiu pela porta, pensando que agora era a vez dela encontrar a felicidade afinal.

E parece que correu tudo bem! Fiquei observando a Sohee e ela não parece triste nem nada. Parece até mais leve! O Solle também parece muito mais calmo.
Estou feliz por eles!
Talvez eu suma até o final de semana. Meus pais chegam hoje e darei atenção para eles. Principalmente para o meu pai que volta já na sexta. Então acho que a próxima foto será da nova integrante, ou a foto de aniversário da Rorona e da Ayesha! ^U^

I'd like to introduce Katherine, Kiki & Chrysanthemum's 27th custom! She was commissioned by PinkAngelie and it certainly was a great pleasure working on her.
We were given quite a bit of freedom with this particular custom, so we settled on a faceup that is rather sweet and simple. She has a thoughtful expression with big doe-like eyes, framed by long lashes. We wanted to enhance the richness of her skin tone, so we settled for a lovely pink blush. Her lips are an apple red, which contests nicely to her mint green eyelids. I couldn't help but give her a cute pink wig to go with that sweet face.
We had a lot of fun creating Katherine and we hope you like her as much as we do!

Ruby's rehearsals and hard work continue, for the circus season is very near now! But did you know, apart from her acrobatic numbers on the stage, she also is an actress. She decided to keep it a secret since she was not a professional, but now that she has an official role in an official play, she shared a photo with me ^_^
In the play, Ruby is a mad scientist with a sweet, kind heart but somehow known as cruel by everyone. The play centers around the mad scientist's struggle to prove that she may be a bit mad, but not evil. I watched the rehearsals and well, I can say that Ruby is perfect for the role!
Now that it's revealed that she is an actress, I will share another thing with you. But promise not to tell anyone. Ruby still has a secret: The potions she uses as part of her role... They are real! Everyone thinks they are some artificially colored liquids and smokes, but they are true potions capable of many things! We'll see if Ruby is willing to show you the effects of her potions some time...

Sohee ouviu de novo Solle chorando. Ele sempre fazia isso quando ia tomar banho. Ela o ouvia soluçando copiosamente durante minutos e depois ele saía do banheiro como se nada tivesse acontecido. Essa era a rotina que começou desde que eles chegaram na casa, mas Sohee não aguentava mais ouvir e não fazer nada e foi questionar o garoto sobre sua atitude.
- Você estava chorando no banho, Solle.
- O que? É claro que não!
- Não mente pra mim, Solle... Você faz isso desde que chegamos aqui. – Mas não recebeu nenhuma resposta do garoto, que ficou apenas olhando pras próprias mãos sem conseguir encará-la nos olhos. – Solle, pensei que fosse sua amiga... Você pode conversar comigo...
- É que... Eu fiz uma coisa muito ruim, So...
- Eu sei. Você matou a “mamãe” e meu professor.
- Você...sabe... – E continuou sem encará-la.
- Eu vi nas câmeras de segurança quando estava desativando o sistema de proteção da mansão... Vi quando eles apontaram aquelas coisas pra você e você os matou com folhas de papel...
- Você... viu... você... viu... – E lágrimas começaram a cair descontroladamente dos seus olhos silenciosamente.
- Solle... – E o puxou para si, fazendo o garoto deitar no seu colo.

... maybe even forever, not by the audience, but by the performer herself. Feeling, or rather knowing that it was her destiny to perform tonight, doing her very special numbers, wearing that exact outfit... Ruby sat backstage, achingly aware of the lights and sounds traveling to her, a bit muted and distorted, making her feel even more like she was hanging somewhere between realms until she sets foot onto the stage, where time will be flowing for her again.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that time stopped for Ruby unless she performs on the stage. From the day she joined the circus, days passing between her performances always felt the same: She was a doll, waiting in a vacuumed jar until she's on the stage again, hearing, seeing, breathing... And after the show, put into the jar again, the waiting game restarting. Who would have guessed the stage would become the air she breathes, looking at the fragile little girl many years ago? The girl taking such small and calculated steps into the first circus tent she has ever seen until then... But that story is for another day.

Almondine shushed and assured the agitated and angry Shepard, the guardian Crystal Child. While the little one was waiting in the bucket, oblivious and foolishly happy. She was so tired, oh so tired of having to endure this every month, when the secret ingredient for confectionery runs out and has to be prepared anew. Why did the family entrust her with this agonizing duty? Because she was the calmest? Because she looks like the calmest, to put it better. She has always been so good at containing her emotions, they began to call her "Flor", short for Florentia, the great-great aunt she resembles so much. The older relatives used to tell stories about how Florentia remained calm, cold and how not even the tiniest distortion beclouded her spotless porcelain face. Almost antiseptic. Almondine was no different. She could very well be the reincarnation of Florentia in every way.
Again, for perhaps the thousandth time, Almondine "Flor" Rosegold grabbed the hammer calmly, looked at the protesting Shepherd who would yield in minutes and bless the family with the sparkliest, most delicious harvest of all. Next would be the young Crystal Child, always happy until her turn for harvest comes. Thankfully she is deaf, at least, Almondine thought. How she dreaded this moment every month... Also how strange that she was not able to get used to it until now, even the smallest bit. Yes, the Children were able to heal themselves, their crystal bodies were made to regenerate. But she does not want to do something to a creature against their will. Not anymore. She was getting old perhaps, and her heart which is getting softer and softer didn't want to be imprinted with this burden. But one thing was certain: If she could travel to the past, she would have a good, decent talk with that person who introduced this cruel tradition to the family business. Now things were so established, everyone was rightfully scared of launching confectionery without the flavor of the secret ingredient that is being added since centuries.
There was one thing Almondine could not keep herself from wondering. "Is it only me? Can it really be only me? Have this never bothered anyone else..?"
