This is a random surfer that walked right through my composition on purpose. He stepped up next to me standing next to my tripod and pulled his wetsuit up over his torso. He turned and looked at me as if to say "Here I go" waited for a wave to pass and then disappeared into the surf. I think he knew I was gonna grab a shot. Thanks, "dude" :)

Thanks for taking the time to take a look at my photos, and as always, your views, comments, faves, and support are greatly appreciated!! Have a great day everybody!! :)

Hello awesome Flickr People !!

Today is a red day at Color My World Daily and the theme at Macro Mondays is « pushpull ».

I’m choosing the « pull » theme. As a mother of two boys you become an expert in male psychology but also an expert in pulling at stuck zippers. You have no idea how many zippers my kids destroyed just by pulling at them like there is no tomorrow ! Where does this force comes from ? i have no idea but I must admit that my boys aren’t very delicate with zippers… So here is my ode to stuck zippers. I’m pretty much sure that right now, there is, somewhere in this world, a little boy screaming : « Mommmm can you pull my zipper ? It is stuck again ! ».

I wish you an amazing Monday my friends and see you later !!

Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and healthy!! And see you soon on Flickr!!

After finishing the tour in the castle, I saw this scene. Must be very hard work for the rickshaw runner.

~~A pulled rickshaw (or ricksha, 力車, りきしゃ) is a mode of human-powered transport by which a runner draws a two-wheeled cart which seats one or two people.

In recent times the use of human-powered rickshaws has been discouraged or outlawed in many countries due to concern for the welfare of rickshaw workers.~~ - WiKi

Taken this morning in my garden I use a little bottle hand sprayer filled with water and sprayed the cobwebs with water!

We all know that this should measure up to Macro Mondays exacting standards............But if I was to Pull it out any further.....

Tayrona National Natural Park - This park is a protected area along Colombia's northern Caribbean shores. Along with it's beautiful blue water are mountainous hiking trails up to the ruins of Pueblito. The ruins were built by the Tayrona civilization.

These Caribbean waters are very turbulent in many places. On one of the days that I was there, a swimmer got pulled out by current undertows. It was touch and go for this guy for several hours. Everyone watched in horror as several rescue attempts were made. Eventually a jet ski pulled him out. Exhausted and freaked out he never got in the water again.

No motorized vehicles are allowed so you have to hike in with all of your camping gear or have supplies carried in by horses

Lost in the coldness of outer space,

shooting across the galaxy,

I feel a great pull.

My trajectory suddenly changed.

This undeniable force caught me.

It caught me and pulled me ever closer.

So close, I feel the warmth of your atmosphere.

Now, I slowly orbit around you and travel wherever you go.

Together in the vastness, we are no longer alone.

I am caught in the gravity of you.

While pulling together a pasta salad, I happened to look in the sink. A silver measuring cup was full of tiny orbs. Remnants of oil and vinegar joined some water in the container. Yet when I drained the black olives and that liquid combined with the solution....I was stunned! Cooking was suddenly more fun that I'd expected. Of course, now it will take longer to get dinner to the table.

There is an elder tree in the dog garden and the berries attract a lot of birds at the moment. Fynnie was watching them and pulling a strange face. :)

The background looks autumnal but it's only an Azalea whose leaves always turn yellow in summer, maybe because it doesn't get enough sun.

First push and then pull. Removing a DVD from a DVD cover is a special challenge. A lot of coordination is required. Press in the middle with your index finger and then pull the DVD up on the edge with your thumb and ring finger. Fortunately, there are simpler methods today. I've looked through many DVD cover for the task, there are a large number of shapes and mounts. This DVD cover even says PUSH on it.

The DVD cover was illuminated from behind in color for the picture. An LED plant light was used as lighting from the front.

With the empty coal cars now between the two pairs of Geeps, the northern of the two power sets drags the cars north to clear the switch for the Beech Mountain. The low sunlight highlights the exhaust and the strange LED headlights that the A&O uses on their power.

Grand Trunk Western coal train #821 out of Toledo heads for Lansing, Michigan, here turning the corner westbound at Durand. The three former boiler GP9's and a pair of GP38's have the sand on and are pulling hard with the heavy train - and yes it sounded wonderful - April 3, 1977.

Even leaves need to stay in shape so when I saw this leaf doing it's daily exercise - a stiff round of 50 pull-ups (very impressive!) - I just had to get a shot.

Pulls Ferry is a former ferry house located on the River Wensum in Norwich, Norfolk. It is a flint building and was once a 15th-century watergate. It was the route for the stone used to build Norwich Cathedral. The stone came from Caen up the rivers Yare and Wensum. A canal, specifically built by the monks, used to run under the arch, where the Normans ferried the stone and building materials to be unloaded on the spot.

The building is named after John Pull, who ran the ferry across the Wensum from 1796 to 1841. It was previously known as Sandling's, after a seventeenth century predecessor. The ferry operated until 1943.

The ferry house adjoining the watergate was built in 1647. Both house and archway were restored in 1948-9 by Cecil Upcher.
