It's difficult to add comments to what has already been said. I agree that the photo could use more nose room. The motorcyclist is a little too centered for my liking, and doesn't draw you into the photo. I also agree that it would be nice to get the rider to "pop out" more. Perhaps one stop faster (1/60 vs 1/30 sec) may have helped by making the motorcyclist less blurry, but there's nothing we can do about that now.
So, in an effort to give the picture more nose room, I've cropped it tightly on the left and bottom. I've also desaturated the background to isolate the motorcyclist more.
