Access to damaged equipment continues to be challenging due to deep, wet snow and slush. While main roads are clear, many side streets are still impassable or unsafe for our crews.
Traditionally, they don't put capacitor banks on poles with the toothpick construction, but apparently it was fine before.
PSE&G 13kv Recloser. Interesting to note that the braces are above the crossarm. Interesting design.
They'll probably move the lines to the new poles after they cut the trees back there to put more poles up.
The little yellow flag is probably a marker for PSE&G to put the new pole when they expand this road.
