The wise build with careful thought,
But foolishness leads to chaos and naught.
The talk of fools is a battle fought,
But wisdom brings peace as it ought.
The poor despise their neighbor's wealth,
But the rich are kind and share their health.
Evil is avoided by wisdom's stealth,
But foolishness walks blindly to the shelf.
Truthful witnesses will testify,
But deceitful ones will only lie.
The wise fear and from evil fly,
But the foolish walk right into the eye.
A heart at peace is a healthy sign,
But envy rots the bones and the spine.
A wicked man's ways will always decline,
But the path of the righteous will always shine.
God doesn't command us all the "do"s and "don't "s in the Bible in order to prevent us from enjoying life. Just the opposite. Every single problem we experience in life, either individually or collectively, comes from not obeying them.
