i like the colours and i decided to use the feathers to add a little fluff to it as my friend jcann did! i also added a little ribbon to the cuppies like kylies cuppies and boy i admire the patience kylie has as its really tricky to get them on:)

when i was a kid the garden was full of fairies and goblins and all things enchanted:) i loved enid blyton and roald dahl and all magic realism i still enjoy them all tremendously!!! btw this house is up for bid!!! BID NOW:)

made these roses for a tea party i had they were quick and easy:) iv always loved kylies rose cuppies from the very first time i saw them! the simplistic beauty always brings me back to try and create something similar to hers :) i like my new style roses its so much easier...

made this for my cuzzi tasneem, my son simply loves her although there is 7 years difference between them, she is def his first love:) this is a little thanks for all that she does for us:)

i love all things old and antique, and iv been wanting to do this for ages and i couldnt resist!!! i made it purely from the memory of my grandmothers singer' so its not authentic looking:)

i did these in 5 mins literally my cuzzies called me over for tea and thank god i had made cuppies the day before and had theseletter sweets which aresimply devine :) i added stars for the boys and all the left over flowers for the girls :)

btw its the only decent pic i took just before running out of the house im so irritated as id love them to see their cuppies on here:)

my friend swissy missy has been diagnosed with cancer a month ago, may god give u and your family strength through these trying times and complete cure...

this cupcake is dedicated to all those that have or have been touched by cancer especially my friend Bec who has had a loved person touched by the disease... sickness is from god its a small test to bring you closer to him.... He only tests those that he loves...

this is a trial i had made these flowers last night for art but didnt go due to my son not being too well im so bored with my cupcakes i dont like the blue but i like the orange with a dot of pink. i think the cold weather is getting us all down :(

i bought this unusal muffin pan and made cakes instead of cupcakes. i only managed to ice one because the other 5 got eaten hot from the oven:( but its a trial for next week ive got lunch at my aunts :)

My uncle passed away a month ago i am reminded of him everytime i look out my kitchen window. He had the most amazing garden and he happily gave us plants he so lovingly tended to. These arums are in full bloom at the moment and are indigenous plants. He ordered the original plants from Cape town and the first blooms were black and pink the next year they were white! may god grant him the most beautiful garden in paradise...

made these for art yesterday...

My aunt asked four of us totally clueless girls to make this cake to take to the henna function.

My cuz basheera make a Chocolate cake and we used chocolate cofee buttercream which we used to stick the choco rolls around the cake. We then piped rossettes of my chocolate marshmellow mousse on each layer and stuffed it with devine chocolate truffles which we bought from woolies and added the roses. We did it the evening before the function and as we put the last truffle the weight caused the choco rolls to slide of the cake. So quick thinking we added a ribbon around each layer and quickly shoved it in the fridge. The ribbon was replaced by a nicer one which we bought in the morning! Thank god its all over...

Thank you to sabiha for the idea and help you gave us everyone enjoyed the cake and told us how 'talented' we girls are hehe ;0)

was too tired to make anything fancy, i just decided to go simple n sweet :)

dull day,+bad lighting= bad photo + loads of photoshopping = a not very good sight, but anyways.... i dont know when the summer sun is going to bless us with his golden face all we've been having besides one or two rare days is gloom:\

my internet was down and i was suffering from insomnia night before last and i fiddled around with my photos and i really like this:) i love the aged romantic feel of it!
