40 drops Green Tea Extract
A little ice & water
This is an Ad for BOOST Juice Bars here in Australia.
They sell "meals in a cup" ie: smoothies, juices and strange concoctions etc. As long as it can go in the blender as solid and come out drinkable, thats all thats required;-)
These Juice Bars are very popular here in Australia. Some of the drinks taste too good to be "really" natural!!

I love kale shakes. Just combine a handful of kale, a scoop of protein powder, a piece of fruit (peeled, seeded, pitted, and/or chopped if necessary), some ice cubes, and a little bit of water.
In our 40 years. many on the Pines' team have been into #running, #swimming and #biking. Jason has shown tremendous dedication. Foods that fuel him include the #greensuperfoods that his Pines' team puts into bottles. Jason says:
“I take Pines Wheat Grass tablets several times each day and put a generous spoonful of Pines Wheat Grass powder into my #proteinshakes once or twice a day. I feel like I’m doing my body a wonderful favor each time I use Pines Wheat Grass. It also curbs my food cravings between meals."
Pines Wheat Grass is grown on some of the same fields used by Dr. Schnabel, who discovered the high nutritional density of #wheatgrass and other cereal grasses. Schnabel provided #wholefood #wheatgrasspowder in the 1930s for research that inspired Ann Wigmore and others. One author, Steve Meyerowitz, called him "The Father of Wheatgrass."
We are not associated with the family-owned agribusiness that has been depleting the Ogallala Aquifer for the past 60 years, growing pesticide-based. animal feed. They now also grow wheatgrass for humans.
Our family farmers are 100% committed to organic farming and grow in regions where irrigation is not needed. Organic is a way of life for them, not a "profitable sideline" for a pesticide-based agribusiness.
Our facilities are modern and built exclusively for human food that is both certified organic and Non-GMO Project Verified. Our facilities are a marked contrast to the Kansas facilities built to produce pesticide-based animal feed for the confined-animal, mechanized meat industry.
Like Schnabel before us, we use amber glass bottles with special metal caps that allow us to remove the oxygen. This safeguard prevents nutrient loss that occurs with plastic tubs. Our tight fitting metal caps allow the consumer to tightly seal the bottle between uses.

I started P90X a couple of weeks ago. This is one of the variations of the protein shake that is from the diet guide. It's not bad but I'll never get used to the taste of whey.
