The Eldridge Oaks Team had a great Earth Day Event. We had over five or so vendors to either donate items for our give away or to have tables in the lobby. We were able to giveaway at least 15 different items from Academy gift cards, Astros tickets, gift bags, a basket of energy saving light bulbs worth over $200. It was really big turnout for the giveaways. Over 200 people entered the drawing for the various give away and the tenants were excited. Pritchard, Environmental Coalition and Silversands setup tables in the lobby and answered questions on the products they use that are environmentally friendly. As a treat we provided Shipley’s for everyone that attended the event.

Not long after i moved in to my flat and after fully decorating it, my front liven room cupboard is water damages by the flat above. The previous tenant demanded a move out blaming endless noise and stress the council neglected to in form me about.
I would later be water damaged no less than 5 times and i've complained endlessly to the council about the noise to which I recently had dealing with a negotiator, supplied by the council too deal with up stairs noise.

I later saw the flat above's toilet hand had a huge crack in the plastic which ran into my toilet below

NOTHING CAME OF IT AND I WANT COMPENSATED AS THE STRESS LEVELS CONTINUED TOO RISE. i ALSO SPOKE TO A SOLICITOR AND MY DOCTOR AS MY ALREADY POOR HEALTH WAS MADE WORSE BY THIS BASTARD.
