My idea of a proper greeting is four paws on the ground.

Liked how this made Henry's coat look - especially on his back - but it just didn't seem to fit the challenges that well.
And yes, his fur really does look like that - more so than a "normal" picture shows.
There's a reason I call him Bed Head. :)

The chapter in which Paddington assists me in preparing a Spanish “style” omelette.
I awoke from my slumber at approximately 0330 this morning. I mentioned to Paddington that I was hungry and an omelette would really be good. Paddington replied, “I’ve been watching YouTube videos of real chefs from Spain demonstrating how to make a Spanish omelette. Let’s see what we can do.”
Paddington directed me to get five large eggs and let them sit out and come to room temperature as no chef ever wants to start cooking with cold eggs. Paddington lamented, “We never worried about cold eggs in London. They sell them off the shelf at the stores.” We checked the refrigerator to see what we had on hand. We had jalapeño-cheese sausage, red onion, Roma tomatoes, and some Swiss cheese.
Paddington had me dice all of the above. Before we diced the tomatoes, Paddington told me to cut them vertically and use a spoon to remove the insides because there was too much water in the middle to use for cooking.
Paddington had me heat a skillet up to medium high with some olive oil and sauté the sausage and onions until the onions were soft. Then, Paddington said, “Turn the burner down to low and pour in the beaten egg and sprinkle on the diced tomatoes and Swiss cheese.”
Once the bottom half of the “Spanish” omelette was firm, Paddington and I carefully flipped the omelette and cooked the other side. Once the second side was close to done (remember, If you cook eggs until they look, “done”, you’ve overcooked them!) we placed the omelette upon a cooling rack and let it rest for 20 or thirty minutes until it came to room temperature. After which, Paddington had me slice it like a pie and we enjoyed a slice.
Paddington was quite pleased that there was no “browning” on the egg. Paddington says, “Good people don’t brown any style of eggs. Now, put the rest of the omelette in the refrigerator. It will be even better ice cold tomorrow morning with some fruit on the side.”
