Proper form, or posture is very important to ensuring you do not injure yourself when working out or in every day activities like cleaning or work related tasks. In this photo you will notice the good form is where my legs are evenly spaced apart at shoulder width with my back straight and my bodies core balanced. In the bad form photo the legs are uneven, the back is in an awkward position and in general, poor form like this increases the risk for a potential injury. Having proper form prevents injury, and in order for weight training to be effective and to maximize your results your form is vital. Strains, sprains, fractures, and painful injuries can occur from improper form, or by simply lifting too heavy of weight. If it hurts, just stop and try a lighter weight.

as i have gotten older, i've learned the value of having proper storage for one's things. with my renewed interest in BPAL, i've realized that the collection needed a proper house. i didn't like the feeling of a messy mass of small bottles, and i didn't like that it was difficult to *see* everything, which i need to do to decide what i want to wear.
the chest i got today, and it's perfect for bottle storage. the pink box was made for me by stephanie, and it has room for my now-culled collection of imps. because of the clever way she made this, i can see each imp, and don't have to rummage.
the tea tin and pink box contain items that i'm planning to sell.
Anita and our guest discovered a common love of pointing. Here, they demonstrate the proper technique.
