Currently being restored at Kirkby Stephen into the BR green livery it carried when new is Class 20 No.20 169.
This loco was built in 1966 and when delivered was numbered D8169. After a lengthy career 20 169 was placed in store at Bescot in December 1995 and finally withdrawn from service.
The locomotive arrived at Kirkby Stephen East in July 2001 and was started for the first time in preservation in March 2005. It has subsequently undergone extensive engine repair and was re-started in March 2008.
A number of these “Choppers”, albeit updated, are still in service with Direct Rail Services and I often see them at BNFL Sellafield where they operate in tandem on nuclear flask trains.

I actually don't think I had a chance to mention it before but I went ahead and ordered Patina Morrow's and River's new eyes! They are Oscardoll eyes! They are so expensive so I was seriously nervous about ordering them because I HATE doll eyes and I have such terrible luck with them. But since I got a few more commissions I went ahead and did it and am crying internally for spending $100 on two pairs of doll eyes //shot
River is currently in the process of having some enhancements done so I won't be able to show you his for a little while but I figured i'd at least share Patina Morrow's for now~
Seriously, I really reaalllllllyy hate everything to do with doll eyes. I hate putting them in, I hate eye putty, I hate the colors and sizes being not what you expect half the time, I just hate doll eyes. I find everything about them to be stressful and frustrating BUT... i'm so sooooo happy to say that these are just PERFECT! The size should be right for May as they fit perfectly in Pano and the color is exactly what I was hoping it would be~ ^u^ The irises are almost the same tint of mint as their resin irl and the Pupils are semi-dark teal color, exactly what I was envisioning!!
TuT I've decided that I want all of my Unicorn characters to have Oscardoll eyes in the future. Canonically they are actually made of gemstones and their skin and eyes sparkle just like them. I imagine that Petra, the one who makes the statue(s) in memory of her beloved rabbit, sets actual gemstones for her eyes as to further her image as one of her own species~

Indian Railways Class WAP-5 no. 30176 is seen passing through Shahabad Mohammadpur station working a Delhi bound service, note sure about the origin of the train. The WAP-5 (standing for Wide (Indian 5ft 6in) Gauge, AC Electric, Passenger - 5th Generation) is seen hauling 20 coaches by my count, including generator cars, luggage/goods vans, sleepers and day coaches, including Air Cons for higher classes. This is what a long distance train should look like!
