Watercolor, pen and ink. The numbers match the prompts so you can go through the EDiJuly list and match up the items. The only one I didn't get in here was Plein Air. (And the "Classical Artist" is Georgia O'Keefe. :)
I am participating in Folded Word's writing month event, called "24/7," during August. Participants spend the first 24 days of the month writing short works, then spend the final week in revisions. The second part of this entry gives more details.
I'm not required to give a central theme to the entries, but I chose the theme "Divinations" and am using a pair of dice to generate prompts. My prompt for August 18 is to write write divination-themed flash fiction that uses death. You can read the piece here.
Journal Prompt for Feb 7th on www.greenislescrafts.com
The page that started it all. Did this one last year and it was the first that was a journal page as I do them today. Before this it was mostly journaling with a watercolor sketch thrown in.
My son was very sweet and told me that at least I did a good job on the bathing suits. heh.
My mood from that day was something like.. a little bit of everything. I was sleepy, happy, shy, mad, incredible ... impatient.

Photo 8 (Subject 7)
Prompt: Old Camera Assignment Prompt. I thought this matched this prompt due to the use of a polaroid. Polaroids are an older version of camera's that take time just to process one picture film. I got to watch this happen when this photo was taken. Then I snapped a photo of the polaroid photo and uploaded. If I were in the older days with older camera's and I had the resources for one picture I think I would've taken it of my team.
Where and When: Following our basketball game.
Why: I thought this is who I would want to be in the picture and thought the polaroid helped identify the use of an older camera.
Quotes:
1) Don't stop dreaming. START DOING
2) Let the beauty we love be what we do
3) Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, LOVE truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you SMILE
4) Sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same
5) It is a risk to love. What if it doesn't work out? Ah, what if it does!
6) Ghandhi's 10 things for change.
