Laura, the kids and I meandered around Tybee at sunset the other night and it was just beautiful. We managed to make it back to the Tybee Lighthouse just as the day's last rays were on the horizon. They were so gorgeous and were just an amazing backdrop to the lighthouse. I love the tiny sliver of the moon in the sky.
Taken with ProHDR and processed with PhotoForge 2 and LensFlare.

We are on the way to JiuFen, a small town on the outskirts of Taipei, that features the famous teahouses. My first time on a train too! Taken with iPhone 4 and edited using camera+ (clarity filter), crossprocess, proHDR and vignettr.

This is the entrance road up to the mesa. The mesa is approximately 1000 feet above the valley floor. Autumn colors; reds, oranges, and yellows, cover the slopes of all the hills.
As always, a photo each day for 365 days. All shot and edited using Apps on my iPhone 5.
The photo was taken using the camera App ProHDR for iPhone. The original image can be found below.
First of all I used the app Leonardo to edit the image. This was done by cropping the bottom of the image, then adjusting the Colour Vibrance. I also adjusted the Clarity and Brightness a little. Next I used the app Mextures to add extra lighting and texture to the picture. The preset that I applied was a custom one that I have used before. After this I used Distressed FX to add some extra texture to the image using the Stirred overlay and the Lade Texture. Finally I used the app Laminar to apply the Caquelure FX and the Snap Stack frame to the image.
The original photo was taken while waiting to collect my daughter from Choir practice. It is in the the Cathedral Quarter of Coventry City Centre. The image is of Holy Trinity Church. This is a view looking up at the impressive Spire from Priory Row, near to the Song School for the Choir of Coventry Cathedral.
I won't deny the fact that I'm might be stereotyping but somehow Singaporeans always pale in comparison when it comes to friendliness.
We don't give way, we don't say thanks, we don't apologize (of course, there's always exceptions); and the loudest thing you'd ever hear coming from us is complaints. I honestly find it hard to ever approach any stranger for a snap shot so kowtows to those who are that much braver.
