ProHDR- manual. Messy, but I think pretty good for shooting with a camera phone in low light. Without HDR, there's no way this turns out as well.

When you run proHDR out of the window of a fast-moving car, it does the best it can, and the result is double exposures. Sometimes they're a mess, but sometimes they're quite pretty.
