This is programmer, Randall Reetz. Years ago, he helped me set up my first website.

It was in the day of "dialup". If a picture was larger than 25 K, it slowed the website down. oh, geez.

The website was and is called "California Earth Lodge":

Problems developed with the site, so I am transforming it into a Flickr Album. A little of it is in at the moment.

The old website is showing only page one. Maybe George can reinstate it from the CD that Randall gave me, originally.

The truth is that I like the scrolling website pages- an option which is very limited in Flickr.

The website was and is called "California Earth Lodge":

- there was dialup, then there was DSL, and it's gone up from there.

- at present, the City of Santa Cruz and Cruzio are working to get fiber for everyone.

Cruzio exaggerated their ambition. It is May of 2021 and they still haven’t managed to do fiber.

They asked people with tall buildings to help. That was years ago.

Note a little feeling in the above. George finally talked me out of my loyalty to Cruzio and i got Comcast and all’s well, now.

I can get closer to scrolling in Flickr by adding photos to the Comments section, but all of those images have to go up in the Photostream. At first, i resisted having to do that. Now i don’t.
